Very well said. I only discovered raw milk recently. In other words I discovered all the terrible things they were doing to normal cows milk before it arrived on my supermarket shelf. In my opinion no one is truly lactose intolerant. A person is intolerant to the things that are done to milk before it gets to them, which then causes them to become intolerant to the milk. Many people become plant based not realising that the actual food isn't the problem, its what is being done to or added to the food that causes their health problems. Gmo, antibiotics etc Before milk hits the supermarket shelves it is homegised and boiled (pasteurised) stripping it of pretty much all its nutrients such as vitamins and enzymes particularly A2 proteins which are extremely important. Farmers and many others have been drinking unpasteuriesed milk for ages. It's only when industrilised farming and iresponseble farmers handle milk, then it becom patogen, dangerous, then pasteurisation is a nessety.
I believe studies indicated that it depends on the health of the cow. They need to be grass fed specifically as cellulose being part of their diet is very beneficial for them. Omega 3 fatty acids and much more are present in grassfed milk. The reason most developed issues back then was due to poor gut health and hygiene early Europe and America had in the 1900s and late 1800s.

Cows were brought in to the towns, they were kept in bad conditions, fed waste from the brewerys instead of grass, there was poor sanitation, and yes people contracted TB. I'm a 5th generation dairy farmer. Been drinking raw milk for my entire life. It is healthier, thicker. Richer, creamier, and tastes better than pasteurized milk. I can't stand pasteurized milk. Saving money, eating healthy, and enjoying better tastier foods, what else does a person need?
It can take one bad batch, not every single batch of raw milk will be bad. If you are going to drink raw milk, boil it before consumption to kill any bacteria.
We also had outbreaks with pasteurized milk and other products but nobody talks about the deaths those caused. Boiling it would remove all the good probiotics, enzymes to digest the milk, alter the proteins, and remove the vitamins/minerals from it. Of course it wasn't transported over long distances, but came from a farmstead just a few blocks down the street and we bought one or two liters fresh every evening during milking time, just what we needed until the next evening. Milk has to be consumed raw and it is best when consumed raw. That is how it is designed by nature. There is no other animal (except humans) which drinks boiled pasterurised milk. But it has to be handled cleanly, which in certain situations is difficult to ascetain specially when buying from someone outside. But safe & clean handling applies to all the food material not just milk. Any food item which is not handled cleanly can contain harmful pathogens causing risk to health.
My grandparents used to live in a mountain village where they had many beautiful jersey milk cows. My grandma was making her living by selling butter, milk and cheese. She told she never tasted raw milk as from generation to generation it was a strict habit boiling milk first before drink it.

This is untrue. Raw milk is only banned in 5 of the US states. Most of the US allows raw milk. In fact I'm picking up 3 gallons on Saturday.
