Hey Matthias and Amanda! I've seen people breastfeed in public. Dont worry it was covered up. but this is very interesting. They had this apron thingy that is made for breastfeeding. So if Luna ever need to be fed in public use the apron thing to cover it up. Ive seen tons of people use that.

I don't think they normally keep it out. Sarah said she had it but had to sit it down for a second. The little girl knew where she sat it down at. She is old enough to know not to turn it on herself plus there was a ton of adults around.
I think it was less of a "I know where it is!" than a "I want to be grown up and helpful!" sort of moment. Kids are like that if you raise them right. :)

I'm not a mother and not planning to be one any time soon but there was a tip for parents that popped up on my Facebook feed that I thought I might share with you guys if you possibly wanted to try it out. It's called "The Hold" technique and it's supposed to comfort a crying baby very quickly. If you look it up one of the first results is a video that demonstrates how to perform the technique and it seems to be quite effective. Just thought I'd share in hopes of making your lives just the slightest bit easier :) thank you for sharing this beautiful experience with us, it has been amazing to watch you throughout this part of your life.

I love watching the updates with baby Luna. It sounds funny but it's helping me coup******** with my loss. I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy in which I lost my baby and almost lost my life as well.. I'm still so sad that my body didn't develop my baby right.. It's been about a year... But i love watching these and seeing how happy you guys are. It makes me happy and hope that one day my husband and I will be able to have some blessings with a beautiful baby. You're such a great father Matthias. And Amanda is an amazing mama!! Love you guys!!

Well, that must have been great for your parents!!!! hahaha. My mum had no such luck with me. Apparently I was always really quiet, and then from 9 pm till about 11 pm I would cry and scream at the top of my lungs none stop. every night. And nothing worked to make me stop.

Hey Matt and Amanda ! For baby Luna gaz """issues"""" fennel tea/infusion could maybe help ! When I was a baby I had a hard time digesting my mom's milk and she had always used fennel tea/infusion to help me. Not sure if it would help Luna but it's worth mentioning it in case you want to try something new and natural
I saw the pie pop maker and just died laughing. I got that exact thing for Christmas quite a few years ago, but I had been hoping for a nerf gun, so I was really disappointed. Lol be careful to let the pies cool long enough, I burned my mouth a few times because they were perfectly cool on the outside, but the insides were practically boiling. 😅
