o derrick tem um vocal muito foda..mas o unico problema e que o vocal dele não se encaixa no sepultura muito bem..por que o seu grave e mais avançado que o do max..
estavam procurando alguém diferente e que fugisse do mais do mesmo, mas admito que as outras escolhas tb eram formidáveis
Segundo o Andreas foi com o Derick que eles se sentiram mais a vontade e decidiram investir nele por ser diferente do Max. Acho que ele poderia fazer pelo menos guitarra base mas músicas da era do Max, ele tocava guitarra nos primeiros anos de Sepultura.

I have no fuckin idea why they're stuck with Derrick? Is he helping the band financially? Helping behind the scenes just why Derrick? When there's a sea of vocalists who sound much better than Derrick and who'd kill Derrick in a heart beat to take his job.. Concordo, vi uma apresentação do Max no Soufly e foi sofrível, depois fui ver no CC lastimável. Acho que o Derick está muito melhor agora no Machine Messiah.

O gutural do Max é mais nítido, o do Derick é mais agressivo e mais sujo. Particularmente eu acho que os 2 são muito fodas! Mas atualmente o Derrick tá melhor em questão de performance ao vivo. O cara é bom!
Mas o veio Max tá muito bom em questão de estúdio, ao vivo ele tá acabado. Mas não podemos discordar que o Max é um patrimônio do Metal brasileiro e do mundo inteiro.

A maioria dos setlists atuais tem mais músicas da fase do Derick que da era do Max. As do Max ficam mais pro fim do show e são praticamente Roots Bloody Roots, Refuse/Resist, Ratamahatta, Arise e mais umas aí. Mas essas aí são as que mais aparecem.

Como rompen las pelotas con los Cavalera. Por empezar, Eloy Casagrande no tiene nada que envidiarle a Igor Cavalera. Y con Derrick Green, si bien no es mi vocalista favorito, por lo menos tiene un rendimiento mejor que Max Cavalera hoy día (no pretendo desacreditar a éste último, me gusta lo que él hace y ha hecho).

I think Derrick's Sepultura must not play this song. This one means a lot for Max, as it was written by Dana. In respect of Dana and Max, they should not be playing it live these days, although it's my favourite Sepultura song
It's a Sepultura song, not a Max Cavalera song. Even if he wrote it, it's still a Sepultura song, so obviously Sepultura will be playing it. That doesn't stop Soulfly or Cavalera Conspiracy playing it though.
