Bought one from this company almost 7 years ago. Quality is the absolute best on the market. Insane difference in my son’s wrestling abilities. Even bigger difference with his Olympic lifting. Highly recommend.
That's great to hear your son is experiencing these results and you are enjoying the quality. Keep up the training and support of your son. Stay Suples Strong!
Range of motion and mobility is insane! Also looks quite comfortable the way it's rounded. That's why sports are always functionally superior to just weights.
Best core workout I ever had. Stuck with it about a month and was skeptical at first. but I’m impressed there’s so many gimmicks out there, The Bulgarian bag is the real deal
After watching this tutorial, I finally used this bag in the UFC gym. I am a kettlebell fan but felt that this is a much better alternative for dynamic movements. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this!
And the fact that you could drop it without damaging your floor, or that you have less fear of injuring or crushing yourself with a kettlebell, it's potential is endless. It's the evolution of the sandbag. I'm glad to have accidentally come across this training tool just now.
20kg with this bag is too much unless you're at least 100kg of pure muscle lol i got 5kg for starter and improving technique, later i'll get something heavier but lighter bag will always come handy just for warming up or non workout days
This is great...!!! I´ve just implemented it into my training routine and when I do jiu jitsu my overall condition and stamina have gone through the roof.

Slav power! I used these wrestling in school excellent conditioning tool. I need to get one to work out with regular weights are boring and I hate running. This with yoga and long walks will be my new regimen.
Soft in touch tool that give iron hard brutal training experience. It's like nothing else in the gym, genius invention. Can be set side by side with decent tools like kettlebels and macebells.
Oh as a judoka i think i csn use the bag for my training, bcos i dont know where to buy one im gonna use a sandbag with a rope, great great idea, bravo for Bulgaria.
they are very beneficial for all grappling martial arts, since the creator uses it for his wrestling team...also, I have seen alot videos from my friend in Korea that they use this bulgarian bag for their conditioning exercises

I know already. I have met Ivan and his Brother in the 90''s when training with the National wrestling team in Belmeken. Great to see he has been doing well for himself. Greetings from Holland.
Used one of these for the first time recently and you really feel it in your arms and shoulder muscles the next day. You get a workout you just don’t get from weights or resistance machines.
@@brahimsadallah2328 he said you don't get a workout like that with machines and weights. Whether it's better or not depends on what you're looking for with your workout. Functional movement training doesn't isolate muscles the way machines tend to do. You exercise with resistance in a wide range of movements with free choice of direction, engagement and amplitude. Professional sportsmen never train only in the gym for the same reason. They need functional movement training in addition to the gym. This bag is amazing but must be used carefully and with intelligence and understanding of human anatomy and locomotory movement.
I bought one, fantastic, and it's hard, your hands, and especially your forearms feel like they're going to explode, that where you realize that grip strength is so important for proper, functioning strength.
This might sound stupid but couldn’t you just get a bag of cement and put it in a backpack? Like a sturdy one that will not rip when you whip it around. I mentioned this because the bag is expensive.

It appears very similar in concept to the kettle bell, but unlikely to kill anyone with a wayward swing.

These were used in track and field in the 80s and we called them, guess what, “Bulgarian bags”. So much for inventing them.
