Nitori is a character from a game called Touhou. Wikipedia Touhou to get the full information, but it's a Bullet Hell game, similar to a Shoot 'em Up, but with 1000x more bullets.
Nitori is one of the opponents in Touhou 10, and a teammate in 11. This is a remix of her theme.
