I think they're just trying to pad the run time to get more views or get money from it because longer videos will usually give more money. It’s pretty obvious that Kijima is a girl the entire time with how there are hints sprinkle throughout the video before the reveal. Even if you ignore the obvious big one with how Kijima has the voice of the FMC from this channel or their main one. Also, I find it interesting that we never learn who Touya first love is when he decide to throw it all away to pick Kijima.
