My husband was abused physically and had cancer as a child, when i met him he stuttered so bad he could barely state his name. Today he speaks clearly, is cancer free, and a great father to both our children. The victory belongs to Jesus!!

I was physically, mentally, emotionally and sexually abused as much as a child growing up all the way through my early 20's. I saw no purpose in my life. I tried to take my life so many time, but the Lord wouldn't let me die. Instead I ended up getting saved in 2017 to Jesus. As much of a traumatic painful past I had, the Lord stood by me and gave me strength when the world was tearing me down. I thank the Lord for saving me and giving me another chance at life, this time with purpose. I pray for all of those who had been abused and I want to tell you that you are not alone in your suffering. "When one suffers in the body of Christ, all suffer in the body of Christ." You are not alone. I love you all and I know that you can overcome this like I did. You are not just a survivor, you are a warrior in Christ.
You are choosen!!! A child of the Most High!!! He is worthy of your praise, thankfulness, and love! You are Loved and so cherished!

I’ve been there. Constantly told I’m fat, ugly and stupid plus a bad mom. I had been married 7 days short of 25 years and divorced since 1999. It was hard living on my small wage but now that I’m retired I have 1/2 his retirement (court ordered) which is more than double what I ever made. It took me a couple years to feel better about myself and what helped us he went back to his high school gf and she’s fatter, uglier than me. She didn’t even cook his dinners. I hope you make it out and even though it’s not easy it’s worth it. My heart and prayers go out to you.

Search in your heart for anything which needs repentance and forgiveness then come humbly before Almighty God and He will give you His Shalom. Praying for you to be released from the chains holding you back.
I received deliverance from this too. I learned how to feed myself and care for myself. Now I help others do the same. Start with food you eat. Sugar and breads over-excite hormones causing fear, anger rage. Try and eat only meats, fats, veggies, and fruit. Food companies are putting chemicals in packaged foods that affect our brains. So don't eat them or beverages in aluminum cans. Then get exercise. A 30 minute walk 3x a week will help. But above all, surrender to Jesus every day. Learn how to do warfare in the spirit. You have the power, in Jesus, to defeat and stop the enemy from harassing you. Speak God's Word. Resist the devil with the Word of God and he will run from you.
Read Psalms 91 daily.

Our lives have been wrecked by sexual abuse/domestic violence. My son was raped at 14 years old, he's now 37 and been housebound for 12 years. The man who raped him said he would put a curse on our family. My son went away from Christianity and my daughter has suffered mental health for 20 years. We can't talk about God as she hears voices with a battle of God and the devil and punishes herself by doing what they say. I pray every day for healing for them.
