CHILI MAC & CHEESE:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
8 ounces ground beef
4 cups chicken broth
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
3/4 cup canned white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
10 ounces elbows pasta
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
BANANA BREAD RECIPE:
2 to 3 very ripe bananas, peeled & mashed
1/3 cup melted butter, unsalted or salted
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

wanderer Because they met on a dating site and got pregnant I think 3 months after they met... then got married shortly after. But they said they just knew they were for each other and that’s why they got married.

If that’s really really bad for your play room, you’d have a heart attack at the sight of ours right now 😅 i need your motivation and house management skills.
You could get vacuum bags to shrink the pillows down, it would be easier to store and also keep them clean and dust free.
My husband just left for deployment and this is helping so much!! Seriously love you!!! ❤️🥺
A tip I've learned..if you use a long serrated knife to gently cut, your bread won't crumble and crack.
I have been watching since aria was born and man can I just say how happy Britney looks but also I love frank so much !!! They seem like such a perfect couple and work so well together. He is such a great bonus dad!!!

I throw out everything!!! Living a minimal life is the best tbh !! I’ve thrown away a few of my things, hubby’s things and child’s things lol.
Sometimes we hoarder so much and honestly we don’t even need it all.
Nope we do the same thing ( but our rule is if your asked to pick it up and you don’t it gets donated

I literally have a box full of lightbulbs too 😂 we did the same thing, replaced all the yellow lights with daylight bulbs 💡 👌🏽 makes a world of difference!

You should get those storage zip lock bags that shrink down and get the air sucked out. I’ve used them for pillows before and had no issues after opening the bags up, pillows were back to full size and cuteness in less than a day! You’ll save so much space in your storage closet!
Btw, as for toys building up like crazy, we started doing something at our house to keep the toys to a minimum: twice a year (right before Christmas and mid-summer) I have my two boys get their toys out and they have to choose half to donate. The ones they donate have to be in good shape, they clean them thoroughly and we donate them to hospitals, doctors' offices, etc. The broken ones are trashed (unless they make a case that they can fix them) and the new or important toys are put away neatly. Anytime I find toys scattered about, the boys get a warning. When I see the same toys scattered again, the toys are put in "time-out", if it happens yet again, they get donated.
I'm not a drill sergeant when doing any of these things. We have frank discussions about toys, about owning and caring for things and about letting others take and care for toys that they've outgrown. It's helped A TON in keeping toys to a minimum, as well as teaching them to value their own things, how to care for their stuff and how much an old toy (in good condition) can go on to help other children. They actually get excited now when it's donate time! We have a bin we keep for toys they've decided are "ready" to go to new homes, and they like imagining the kids playing with them. (It was a little rough in the beginning, but after they really understood the process, it's been nothing but a good thing.)

I vote yes for staining the mantel to match the shelves. That would drive my OCD nuts haha!
Suggestion for the toys, in daycare we label them with a word and picture label and it helps kids know where they need to go. It's not perfect but it does help. So like the containers would say "trains" and have a picture of a couple of their trains posted on the front.

What happened to last year's Christmas tree? And why do you not get a real one? I've loved our Christmas trees since I was a child and it smells soooo nice!! I feel it's a lot of plastic getting a fake one every year. In Germany there are projects now where you can even rent a tree and plant it back into the earth after Christmas. 😉

I go through my sons toys every season. I think when you start to notice what they play with and what they tend to ask for, it makes it easier. Now since he’s alittle older, I have him sit down and go through them with me...I ask him if he still plays with it and if he says yes, we keep, if he says no...we donate unless it’s broken then we throw away. He has less than what he had, but he has the toys he actually plays with and enjoys. It keeps me sane,(as his mom) lol, keeps him happy but teaches him that there are some kids who don’t have a lot and by donating we are helping make another kid happy.

You should give all the toys you no longer want or need at your house to the kids dad if they dont have much over there ( idk if they do or not ) or split with family for when they go visit 🥰🤷♀️
That's typically what I do I have an almost 11 year old son has tons of clothes he doesn't really play with toys anymore but anything he does not use any more goes to donation or to my neighbor who has 9 kids

My recipe is pretty similar to this, and I bake mine at 350° for about 65 minutes give or take. You can always check with a toothpick, or knife like Britt did. 😊😊🍞

Get all the Children Together and say as Christmas is coming and you will be getting New Present's you need to Donate 5 of your Presents to Children that don't get many. We do this and it's brilliant and easy way of decluttering toys. You could make it into a video.
We have almost the same exact ornaments! My husband and little boy put our tree up the day after Halloween while I was taking all the scary decorations down 😂😂
I never use the lights on the tree, because i like all blue. My ornaments are snowman that have blue on them. Plus royal blue and siver. I love it. My tree is white.
you should label your blue drawers so it is easier to clean up your childrens messes that will puppetry help you clean up faster if you are in a rush
