It's a virus....
its fake only shows the file on your phone not the deleted files
Sadly did not work for Pixel 8 nor my sisters Huawei. I'm trying to recover data for my sister, but it only shows pictures on the phone for some reason. Not sure why.
Could not recover a single deleted item. When I selected show deleted items. Its Zero.
Jeff, I used your pre-order links to purchase the Galaxy buds 2 pro and it kept saying oops something went wrong. So I contacted the chat and they sent a different link to me to get it to work. So no mystery box for me UGH!

does anyone know how to recover gallery photos that were synced to google photos and were all deleted? I emptied the google trash bin and that deleted my phone gallery photos as well.
That happened to me but with vidoes I didn't get why googlle photos did that
I followed all the phone setup steps - I have a Samsung Zfold - but the computer app screen that shows the plug in blimks and then takes me to the how to step the phone steps - I am not seeing the Zfold in those steps will with work with my phone

Nope, it didn't helped me. I deleted the photo right after I took it and it wasn't saved to Google Photos, but this fraud failed to recover even photos that were deleted from the phone but are on Google Photos.

how does this even work!! can someone explain? because if theyre not fully deleted on your phone then are those files still taking up storage?
Its science. Whenever you delete files, it probably just gets remove from the ssd and not being recognized. It is probably placed somewhere in the storage device and this thing could be used to find deleted photos. Though it would probably take time to recover older photos.

@@dabert9589 I think it can be replaced by newer photos, there will be more science behind that for sure.
The space is marked as deleted but not wiped. Data in that space is overwritten with new data over time. Why not erase in the first place? To reduce wear on the storage chip
pity is isn't available for MacOS ..

Oh yeah any kind of files in general. Just read their device list to make sure it supports your particular phone!

It's rubbish....
I couldn't recover the 80+ files that were accidentally permanently deleted from galaxy s21 ultra.
Ran the scan, it oucked up over 2000 photos but the majority are the ones currently in my gallery mixed with downloads, screenshots etc
Rubbish programme, couldn't even detect/find ONE

Thank you. I received my August update last night just over 529 meg. I'm guessing it's just security patch with overall stability didn't say much else.
It's mostly just a security patch I'll probably make a video on it eventually but I've been running the One UI 5.0 beta and making videos on that so haven't had a chance yet
This was a absolute life saver!! Deleted 33GB of my life by accident and got it all back via this software. I'm really glad I found this video
