My puppy has this when nursing off mum. He's been checked for cleft pallet but all clear. Do you suggest supplementing with a formula with a slow flowing nipple as he is not getting enough milk due to coming through nose.

Check that nipple doesn’t flow when upside down by itself. And keep pup top up with a bottle of goats milk
