It takes an enormous amount of money to execute him accordingly. Yes it could be something as simple as shooting him in the head and it’s done, but once he in the court system it’s a long process to get him to the point of him being on the table to be executed
But if he’s in solitary you know how confining that is you would think a guard would have to be right by his side. I think that’s the way they do it usually. I’ll have to look that up. El Chapo was in solitary confinement. Could you have imagined him walking the hallways by himself? Lol

I'm sorry, but I always found this incredibly disappointing. This was the opportunity for someone to give Nick the ass kicking he truly deserves, and the officer could've done it 100% legally considering he was the one who was attacked.
@R J agreed the guard should do some ground training & it seemed even but not really. Cruz's attacks did 0 damage to the guard, then when he was on top on the guard he immediately lost top control which the guard had control of him (minus the taser removal) & then when they stood up he basically just light tapped the guard & folded after 1 punch to the head. The punks weak. Even kids he went to MSD with said he lost every fight so he'd threaten to shoot them online. Pathetic.
@@xxwhispersxx2856 I'd rather him be on death row for years with risk of having another inmate finish the job rather than continue an extremely lengthy and riskless trial when we all know he's guilty. @@NaughtyKlaus The thing is, if he's on death row, he will be protected - he will go into solitary confinement most likely - even tho I know Florida ended the permanenet status of it recently. Where the hell is back up at!!! As mentioned before 30 seconds of fighting for your life can seem like an eternity specially when some inmates have nothing to loose anymore.
lol in my head the dog in the pic said that anyways I think it's to get the details in record. say he didn't talk about the cycles, the defense could argue maybe the inmate didn't discharge the taser (looking at the flashing lights and how long they lasted), but the guard did because he was startled or something and tries to blame the inmate for clout or something. thats why they have to go through every button and latch to support the fact that the guard didn't pull the trigger, the inmate did. and caused the discharge.
the jury is not shown on video (probably to protect their identities since this case is so high profile), but it's important to make sure they understand what they're being shown and what it means. without all that clarification, they might not know what the video is really showing or the gravity of the situation, especially since the altercation happened so fast and the security footage is not the best quality. the jurors likely have 0 familiarity with what being a correctional officer is, so they would have no idea how their weapons work
I know exactly what he’s doing he’s trying to get killed so he doesn’t have to go to jail and become a victim..What also bothers me is I don’t believe that they should give this these type of people a right to go into protective custody no let him go out into population he was so bold to kill so many people let him be bold enough to actually get a sentence
I think it is not right to put that kind is thinking into inmates when their goal is to get out and not cause more trouble. Some inmates actually want to improve their lives and should not be stuck with dirty work. Then there are some inmates that are monsters and deserve the same level of “punishment”. I don’t feel it should be their responsibility. The kid should just be hung and get this drama over with. I am sure that is why he started the fight so he could die and not have to go through the trials. The fact that here we have a mass murderer being guarded by one officer and the struggle went on for as long as it did and no help arrived is one of the biggest issues with prisons.

Wow he lived thru this.
Why is the judge so confused how a taser works?
lol in my head the dog in the pic said that
anyways I think it's to get the details in record. say he didn't talk about the cycles, the defense could argue maybe the inmate didn't discharge the taser (looking at the flashing lights and how long they lasted), but the guard did because he was startled or something and tries to blame the inmate for clout or something. thats why they have to go through every button and latch to support the fact that the guard didn't pull the trigger, the inmate did. and caused the discharge.
the jury is not shown on video (probably to protect their identities since this case is so high profile), but it's important to make sure they understand what they're being shown and what it means. without all that clarification, they might not know what the video is really showing or the gravity of the situation, especially since the altercation happened so fast and the security footage is not the best quality. the jurors likely have 0 familiarity with what being a correctional officer is, so they would have no idea how their weapons work

then why does he turn into a submissive b*tch as soon as he knows he cannot win...
Maybe have the trial first before letting others beat him up. 🤷 That way he does not get any more wins
