The face recovery functions nice, no question. But the problem is the harsh transition of the face to the rest of the body or other areas of the picture. Looks most time terrible and needs an urgent improvement. Other issue: You show the picture of Marylin Monroe. Unfortunately Photo AI does again terrible job with scanned film negatives as it can‘t handle film grain. Such images show patterns of areas where grain is removed beside areas with remaining grain. In other words „unusable“. Please improve: (1) Face transition (2) Dedicated mode for film scans
Yes, true. Rather than the model creating a fixed size square around faces it recognizes, I would like the ability to use the Selection Brush (a normal brush, not crazy SuperPixel freewheeling thing) to paint an overlay on the head, face, neck, shoulders area I'd like to recover. With that brush I'd like to have it display 2 concentric circles (aka, brush tips). The outer area between the 2 circles should be a feathering that we can visibly control the width & hardness/softness of to enable more gradual transitions. We need to avoid sharpened faces/heads ending up looking like cutouts relative to the surroundings. 📷🖥 We also need the older UI with a single right panel vs the new 2 panels of settings that impinge into the image workspace real-estate. I wish you'd invest a fraction as much effort into recovering the rest of the scene. Wait, that's all you DO invest - a tiny fraction. Faces are great if that's what you do, but many of us need the backgrounds to look decent as well.
I own Gigapixel 6 and Photo AI, do I need Gigapixel 7?

No kidding! I just purchased this software recently and it’s is terrific! I was a bit skeptical at first because I had tried another product that didn’t work. But I’m now a huge fan!
I purchased it roughly 9 months ago and now it seems it's asking me to pay again to use it. I don't understand what's going on. I thought I was buying it for more than 9 or 10 months.
@@ajs41 You bought it with 12 months of free updates. After that you will stuck on your last version until you renew your subscription. You can use it after these 12 months with no issues. Just no updates anymore
