Hi. My jeep story.I would like to give an awareness to people who are planning to buy Jeep compass ..I own a JEEP COMPASS S Automatic.it’s been one and half yrs since I bought the car .within 20 days my car stopped in middle of the road and dint start .they towed the vehicle and took it to the service centre and changed the battery .again and again the car stopped people from service centre would come and jump start it some times it works some times it dint .next they changed alternator again the problem came then they changed diesel pump .even after changing these parts within one year the problem was not solved again when the car stopped twice in a day they changed the battery ,alternator and diesel pump again..I lost my patience and asked for detailed explanation over the issue for which they said battery has to be changed again ..how many times should I change the battery for a brand new car within one and half years.even if it’s on warranty it can t be accepted ..they are trying to cover up the fact that it has manufacturing defect .I have invested my hard earned money just to get this shit .in this one and half yrs the car was in service centre for more than 100 days .the company is not ready to provide proper solution for the problem instead giving me attractive offers on compromise .I don’t want any offers all I need is a quality product worth for the money I have given ..

My car has stopped in middle of the road not once or twice more than 10 times it has stopped ..when given for service they changed the battery ,alternator and diesel pump on warranty.after 4 months again they are changing the battery and diesel pump ..it had happened trice but still the problem persist ..

I want to reconfirm that I don’t want this defective vehicle I’m not a lab rat to test your product .I have invested my hard earned money just to buy a defective car ? I have given so many chances for you to rectify the issue this time I’m not ready to take it anymore.it’s not one or two times it’s more than 10 times that the car had stopped in middle of the road .you have cheated me in the name of your brand JEEP .though you very well know it’s a manufacturing defect you are refusing to take back your defective vehicle and trying to cheat us by replacing the parts often on warranty.I don’t want any replacement of parts .all I need is replacement of car or refund the amount .I demand a valid explanation and response to this message
