I think they're ready to leave the nest any day now.

I opened up the birdbox to see if I could give the camera a little better view and to my surprise, there were already 4 baby birds well on their way.
I cleared a little bit of the nesting material, so now we can see as these 4 keep getting bigger and head out on their own any day now.
