Oddly enough I've been throwing stuff out all week and viewing it as making me and my existence more mobile and agile. When I watched this I realized a supplement may have bad side effects on my mind and made the decision to stop gradually, once I made the discovery I realized my intuition knew this, but ignored it prior. Then anxiety and guilt crept hard and freaked me out Prayed and cried to god and realized being in alignment is a choice. We can choose heaven. This triggered once I started watching this video. You are right, to explore within. When panic attacks happen like this it’s a timeline split, is what it feels like. And it was personal with god because I went back to addictions after my awakening which shouldn’t be a thing. It’s more wrong. I def have been feeling something coming and to move on! I started my whole story after almost 7 years ago and its all been documented on this channel, which also took me to Jamaica and that is where I was really able to rediscover myself! I focused on that inner happiness that inner drive it was always there just never was let to be as free as I have ever been!
Changing the landscape, social and physical environment is certainly helpful for you to overcome old traumas and negativity. But the real healing must happen within by establishing new neural and social connections, new ways of relating to the world.
This monster neighbour is still torturing me, no matter how much I stop hating him. THis man is dangerous, and he won't stop yelling at me and slamming hi doors to keep me awake at night. I can't afford to move from here to a safer place. So, no matter what I think, he's always there waiting for me. The way he yells and slams his doors make me jump and so I live in fight or flight continuously. Ihave outgrown this suffering, but it just keeps going. I can't even think straight from sleep deprivation. The police here is useless, so I don't know what to do to stop this psychopath from abusing me continuously. I need some divine intervention. HELP!

I feel you… One tricky thing though is that if you forgive what was done also make sure that it doesn’t happen again. Otherwise, you still allow people to treat you how you don’t want to be treated. You need to set boundaries.
