i so love the fact that jimmys death and long carrying back to the raft by grian was 200% his fault because he absentmindedly ate raw meat and then drank salt water, completely wrecking his thirst bar

I can't wait till you guys start going through the story of the game. I'm still about half an hour into the very beginning. Make it to the city in the middle of the ocean. Note islands are very important and navigation is very important. Which means electricity is very important which means self propulsion needs to be figured out

@Ousama de aru It has nothing to do with how long people have been watching him because, tbf it's still the same nowadays. Some people just don't like the 'bullying bit' and neither do I. To me, it's not funny, and people are allowed to have their own opinion about the content that is being made. I really like all of them as content creators, but just jokingly bullying someone is not funny to everyone. To me, it's actually really weird that a lot of viewers enjoy it. I wouldn't like to be treated this way, not even by my friends.

@@RedSpade90 I don't know what it looked like when it was first released so I don't know what to compare it to, but from what I've played, it's amazing especially when you play it with friends. There are still bugs and glitches here and there but that's fine I think.

Hey Jimmy, I appreciate you dude. You're a lot more reliable than a lot of people make you out to be -like where the memes all come from. And you are definitely very earnest and eager to help and just be part of the team however you can. I was looking forward to watching this when I saw it on my recommended after Double Life. But then, I felt a little heartbroken when every single time you asked about something or asked for help, or even just a single question... nobody would pay attention to give you a hand or an answer.
It was... kinda too heartbreaking for me to watch... But I had left a like and subbed and hyped. If it means anything, incompetence if there's any, isn't completely one person's fault, it's the environment and people that treat him that way.
You are funny and wonderful even without that.

Man, I know you've said they're not bullying, and intellectually I understand it's part of playing and you're just messing around, but oof... my mind is seriously taking me back to my childhood when people really did do things like that to bully me.
Thats exactly how I feel and I didn't want to loose my friends so I just decided to deal with it. The vibes I get are just like that and I'm not with it.
@@queenlion7782 From my experience, if people are doing that to you and they aren't playing like the folks in this video clearly are, they aren't friends and you would be better off severing ties with them. Took me a long time - many years - but I have a good circle of friends that I would genuinely trust with my life.

Kinda strange that a lot of you actually enjoy watching the 'bullying'. I would not like to be treated this way even when it's supposed to be meant as a joke. It's possible to make funny content without all the weird bits they're doing all the time.

With almost everyone making a big deal out of this and claiming Jimmy’s being bullied and saying they couldn’t finish the video and how it was to watch, I thought it was going to be like some intense name calling or insults like when Joel said “everything about you is pathetic”. But seeing as it was only the ignoring him when he was dying and separating him so he can learn how to do things himself and stand on his on two feet, I’m realizing that y’all are most definitely too sensitive. And then on top of that considering that Jimmy himself has said it quite a few times (and I’m talking before this was streamed not present time) that there are no hard feelings and that he likes being the butt of the joke it’s weird that y’all are getting upset on his behalf. Y’all are putting y’all’s personal preference and boundaries that y’all have with y’all’s friends and trying to make it seem like JIMMY should do things based on how y’all feel and y’all’s personal boundaries.

the nets arn't backwards, they work whichever way you face them. what is the issue is placing them where the floating debris will drift passed; like at the front of the boat where they are coming from.

I played the really early access version, there were no islands or anything, just you, your raft, some rubbish and a shark.

FYI nets are really good if you make a bunch of them. if you only make one or two it's not going to give you a lot of material. but it is a way of passively collecting material then for anything further out you just use your hook. Focus your efforts
Will you be playing this again now that it's fully released after being in early access for 97 years!!? Quite a few people are playing this now so it could help your numbers by playing it again.
