Actually, she does have custody of her kids. That's why she started doing Vegas so that she wouldn't have to be away from them.

My wallet had me choose between a VIP between Cher or Britney this summer... and THANK GOODNESS I went with the ultimate queen Cher. She takes her time to chat, hugged me closer to her for the 3 pictures we took, and as I was heading out of the photo area, she calls to me from across the room to tell me a story. Her staff couldn't have been nicer & her security even complimented my Cher outfit. The photographer said "Look here Ladies!" and counted down so we don't take a bad photo. So I say meet your heroes because you will know if they are worth your support and admiration.

This is so sad. Unfortunately she likely does have some control over her meet and greet experience and it wasn’t entirely live nations fault. I did Gaga meet and greet a few years ago and we were only allowed 45 mins to chat with her in a small group after the show backstage. When they told us time as up Gaga said “no we aren’t done yet” and we spend another 30-45 mins talking. They said no hugs with Gaga too but she grabbed me and hugged me and thanked me for coming to meet her so if she wanted to provide a good meet and greet I think she could’ve. If this happened to me with lady Gaga I would’ve cried too though. That’s devastating. Not to mention meet and greet tickets got a vip area connected to the stage elevated off the ground. I am shocked Britney’s meet and greet was so messy :-/ such a shame because she is such a legend and many people look up to her 💔

My experience was similar. I met her at Vegas. I had the pleasure of having Felicia, she’s great and my experience was organized. Britney was polite and sweet but it was so fast and I could tell she felt drained by meeting people and wanted to be left alone. She gave me a very light hug and shook my hand.
Don’t be ashamed of your tears. I hope that everyone involved (especially Britney) sees this video and makes a change.

it is britney’s fault. mariah has a residency and she spends actually TIME with the people. there’s videos of them having full conversations, she signs their bodies if they ask, she hugs them and demands actual time rather than a four second photo! the person in front of me at my meet and greet dropped their earring and she picked it up and helped her put it back in and then signed like five of her things and hugged her! britney DOES have a say but she couldn’t care less about her fans anymore. she should stop doing meet and greets because this is the 100th time i’ve heard these stories. at least she was nice to you, that’s a lot more than most can say after meeting her.

Justin Coleman sadly after 2007 I think she’s felt so burned out by everything and everybody. she thinks she can’t trust anybody and so she’s constantly on the defense and gets triggered and i’ve heard stories of somebody accidentally touching her and she told them she refuses to take a picture with them and started laughing when they got upset and tried apologizing. you have to feel bad for her honestly, I hope she eventually learns to enjoy meeting her fans again and is able to trust people and not snap like that. she was my childhood but I cant bring myself to support that behavior anymore. 💔

After paying thousands of dollars, its the least she can do if she doesn’t want to spend 30 to 45 minutes with them chatting like other artists do, this is the very least she can do.. ITS NOT THAT HARD. And if it is really that bad, then she shouldn’t do meet and greets. It just breaks the illusions us die hard fans have had our whole lives.. it hurts tbh

I've been a huge Britney fan for 10 years, and to be honest, I wouldn't pay a cent to meet her, neither go to her shows. It's a waste of money and time in my opinion and even more seeing how she treats the britney army. I just buy her cds, cd singles, watch her videos, follow her on social media and that's all.
She doesn't sing live either so your hearing what you would hear on her CD.
And that's exactly how it should be. However, her shows are definitely worth seeing. UA-cam videos don't do them justice and sometimes you CAN hear her real voice under all the playback. Randomly, throughout the show. My ear has a thing for music so maybe not everyone can hear the things I do. But you're definitely not going to hear it on youtube. Im that person that will hear a brand new song and be able to tell you whos singing it. So when she says she sings live, shes actually not lying. You just rarely can hear it.

There was a Hispanic female fan that was treated horribly by Britney at a meet & greet , all the fan did was ask that the photo be taken at a different angle because her dress had ripped and Britney's team got angry and ordered her to leave, when the fan begged Britney for the photo and mentioned she spent a lot of money Britney actually laughed and said "ohh you paid a lot of money" . Britney is toxic to her fans.
Someone else who attended that m&g stated that she (the fan) was repeatedly told by Britney's security team not to touch Britney before Britney herself asked not to be touched and then she had her removed for not obliging to her request. Celebrities aren't anyone's property. She just doesn't want to be touched and ppl need to respect that. At the very least the fan could have asked Britney herself if she can hug her or something before any physical contact.
Upon Britney shaving her head way back in 2007, she was quoted saying she doesn't want anyone touching her that she was done with everyone touching her. 🤔

While it is " touching " I don't think people register it as touching because it's such a natural thing to slip into when taking a photo. It's literally " Getting into position. "
Yes the rules are no touching, fair enough. Not everyone wants to be touched. But at the same time when you meet someone you either shake their hand or give them a hug. It’s a good idea to ask permission first. But I can see both sides here. If Britney is uncomfortable with touching and interacting with strangers she simply shouldn’t do these.

it's not,britney is under a conservatorship which means legally she cannot make medical,financial or legal decisions for herself. her team and father force her to go on tours and do meet and greets when she clearly doesn't want to. she cannot own a mobile phone,drive a car or purchase anything without her teams permission, earlier this year she was held against her will in a facility and forced to take drugs because she disobeyed her team #freebritney.
Michael was the sweetest to all his fans. He'd stop on the road to hug one and hang out with them in hotel room and everything. He loved to joke around and just be normal. If a fan was crying he'd say "its just me lol don't cry" or "are you ok". Then hug them for a long time. Michael was the best with his fans.
This is why I don't know if I ever want to meet any celebrity in person. It's a sort of fear i have. I'm so scared that my dream will be ruined. It would make me so sad to meet someone I've admired for years, and have a bad experiance. I don't think this was Britney 's fault at all.(as you said) I definitely think this was the management team of whoever made the plans.

I recently watched another video where this lady went to hug Brittany for a photo and Brittany said I will not take a picture with someone who is touching me! She had security come and throw her out! Now, this lady wasn't from America and in her country people touch! I'm an American and it is not like that in real life. I think it has something to do with terrorism fear. I’m went to go and see her in Manchester and although she was absolutely brilliant. I felt like she was dead behind the eyes, she was like right up close I could touch her but she never made eye contact with anyone, over rehearsed. I enjoyed the show because it’s Britney. But I just felt sorry for her afterwards.

I was one of those ''early entrance" guys :D But it was a mess. We were told to check in between 5 and 6 pm strictly! with Vip Nation, but we only started to enter 3Arena 5,45. The gift bag was the same as yours, just the poster is not signed. Anyway, I was so disappointed with the whole organisation and with the concert as well. I still love Britney, but the truth is she doesn't sing, her dance moves are ridiculous, she looked kinda unconfortable doing what she was doing, and to top it - she barely said 3 sentences the whole night. Comparing other artists and their stage presence to Britney's it is just a miracle she is allowed to go on a stage. It hurts me to say it but that's that.

I won a M&G with Keith Urban. I am a fan club member. Have been for 15 years. As soon as it was my turn, as I stepped through the curtain, Keith came to me with open arms. He gave me the biggest hug, and was an absolute gentleman. My time was limited, but it was amazing. Those with VIP seats/pit was escorted by security to a sectioned off place right up to the front of the stage. Keith takes very good care of his fans. BTW.......fan club members went in first to meet him. Then those who bought VIP were grouped together as per package they had purchased. It was done by Live Nation. I am sorry you had such a bad experience. I know it must have been heart breaking.

I wish I never met her bc she broke my heart 💔 She was EVERYTHING to me and for her to push me away because I was "touching her" it almost made me cry. There are a lot of people making similar videos about this tour with similar stories so you are not alone and I watched one where a Spanish lady travelled to London for the “meet and greet” and she treated her like crap and she’s getting a refund.
I honestly think you should have got a refund for the lack of organisation.

Justin, I’m terribly sorry that you had to experience your moment with Britney in the way it was experienced. I have always been against meet and greets because some of the entertainers and stars that have impacted our lives so much do let us down when we encounter them in reality. I can no longer defend Britney. I got to meet her once when she toured for circus in my home town and we actually had about 10 minutes in which she she told me she enjoyed the energy of my town and she thanked me for coming and I told her how I’ve supported and continue to love her. I met her again in Vegas and shockingly she remembered me, not my name but face and said it was on her circus tour. So that blew me away. I just wish she would see this outcry from her fans and supporters and do something to change it.

When my bro & I were young, my parents seriously left us alone in the middle of the night. My bro is only 2 yrs older than me but I had to wake him up to make him realize they even left us. It's sad to say, but the fact that the signature on your poster is so shitty is a sign it's a real Britney autograph. Since she doesn't care, she does the bare minimum when it comes to signing. When Felicia or someone else does it for her, they try to make it look neat and presentable. It's been basically -8- Bty since the In The Zone era.

Now, as to pre signed posters, I have heard that there are times other people on the artist’s team who help sign... again, happening since the beginning of time.
For the M&Gs, though, those signed posters should be her signature, alone, and a little more detailed. The team knows in advance how many people buy these special packages... they can give her the stack of posters to sign that day, and be done with it...

I can say this now because I’m leaving for a new job and Britney’s residency is over at our property, but I’m part of the corporate Marketing team for Planet Hollywood and all the shows there, and I’m so sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately it’s equally something that Britney, her team, and tour management company decide on. They have the option of making the meet & greets smaller and hence, more intimate one-on-one time with fans but it isn’t something any of them want to do. Britney does have a say in this because of course, she’s the talent and her team backs up most of her decisions and pushes them. Working with all these artists and their teams, they always push the artists’ agendas first. If Britney doesn’t like something or how we’re marketing something, we have to adjust accordingly. It makes you really think about them wanting to do these for the numerical value versus the fan engagement. Not to bash them at all, just an observation and intrigue I have towards their choices.
Anyway, if you’re ever in Vegas let me know, I may be leaving for LA now but still have my connections and promise you meeting Gwen Stefani or Backstreet Boys is a much more friendly and genuine experience ❤️

Funny thing is, she actually made a song called "Lucky" that capitalized on the isolation and artifice of fame. Regardless, as an artist myself, I believe that a true artist should never forget their roots and the people like yourself who got them there in the first place through all the support. As someone in another video said, I don't think Meet and Greets are her favourite thing to do. However, she should make an effort to give people an experience worth their money. So really and truly she is to blame, but it's Britney so we won't really be mad at her. You can't really blame VIP Nation because Britney is seeing first hand the time she is giving to her VIP's and she hasn't changed the format after 3 years. I feel your disappointment but thank goodness you were able to enjoy the show. Lesson learnt I guess.

As a person who knows someone who does M&Gs with celebrities in various subcultures and entities, you really should blame the production company, manager and event coordinator for rushing the meet and greets, over booking them for money and not allowing actual time for a proper experience.

I’ve liked a few Britney songs over the years and have followed her history but I’m wouldn’t call myself a fan per se. I decided to watch this video after recently seeing another “meet and greet trauma” video relating to her. I liked the way you told the story and your presentation is authentic. I think all your feelings were justified. I disagree though that she has no control over this. She is an adult and a multimillionaire. If she can’t see the potential downsides to this type of fiasco then that is 100% her failure as a business person, entertainer and human being. If you learn one thing from this is it’s that humans aren’t for idolizing - we are all flawed and imperfect. And my last comment is that I love Irish accents!!

I worked in radio for years and have had many meet and greets. Only one has been horrible. I remember I had just moved to a new state working for a new radio station and our sister station was country which I ever had listened to and try had a extra ticket for Martina McBride and invited me along so I figured why not. I got to go backstage and meet her. As soon as I walked in the door this tiny little thing shook my hand very strongly and hugged me tightly. She talked to me for a few minutes. It was such a wonderful experience I will never forget. Now I did get a meet and greet to Kenny Chesney years later when he was at the height of his career and let me tell you it was literally 5 seconds. Now he was super nice and we were able to say hello but there were people there that paid for their meet and greets and mine was free due to radio but I would personally never pay that kind of money to meet anyone. When you are a big celeb in an arena tour there just isn't time for chit chat. However, when celebs charge that kind of money they owe it to you to spend at least a couple of minutes to give you your money's wprth. It's all about that money.
