    Ingredients
    Onions chopped - 1 large
    Tomatoes - 2
    Ginger garlic paste - 11/2 tbsp.
    Cumin seeds - ½ tbsp.
    Garam Masala - ¼ tbsp.
    Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp.
    Vinegar - 1 tbsp.
    Curry leaves
    Boiled Eggs
    Masala Ingredients
    Grated coconut - 5 tbsp.
    Coriander powder - 1 tbsp.
    Chili powder - 1 ½ tbsp.
    Turmeric powder - ¼ tbsp.
    Black pepper - ½ tbsp.
    How to make tomato purée
    Boil water in a pot.Add the tomatoes.Cover and cook the tomatoes until the skins begin to split.Remove the tomatoes from the boiling water.Peel the skins off the tomatoes when it's cold.Puree the peeled tomatoes in a blender without adding water..
    Method
    Heat oil in a pan.Turn heat to low.Add 1/4 tbsp. cumin seeds followed by black pepper. Stir for about a minute. Add coconut, keep stirring for a couple of minutes. Add turmeric powder sauté for a couple of minutes. Add coriander powder sauté for about a minute.Now add chilli powder keep stirring for about a minute till the raw smell is gone.Switch off the flame let the mix cool a bit and grind to a fine paste with adding enough water.
    Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add cumin seeds.Add chopped onions and sauté till onions becomes translucent.
    Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
    Add turmeric powder and sauté till its raw smell is gone.
    Add tomato purée and salt.Turn the heat to medium.Cover and cook till oil separates.
    Add ground masala with enough water. Now add garam masala.Mix well.Cover and cook for about 15 -20 minutes at medium heat.

    ed eggs and boil till the desired consistency is reached.
    Check for seasoning and add salt .Switch off flame and enjoy!!!

    I follow your recipes regularly and love them all. The toughest part is I do not understand your language.       1)Prepare tomato mix:boil 2 tomato with enough water and after boiling peel off skin and grind 2)masala mix:Add oil to pan,add 1/4tbsp cumin seed+1/2tbsp pepper balls+5tbsp grated coconut and fry in low flame,then add 1/4tsp turmeric powder+1tbsp coriander powder+11/2chilly powder and roast,cool the mix and grind with little water(3)Add oil to pan..splutter mustard and add 1/4tbsp cumin seeds,curry leaves,sliced onion ,1/4tsp turmeric powder and fry..now add tomato mix,and salt(close the lid for 1min till the oil layers on top)add masala mix and add enough water+ garam masala 1/4tbsp (boil the gravy for 15-20min till oil seperates) and at last add roasted egg to the gravy
