Very helpful, thank you so much! you told me what I needed to know, in the first few seconds of the video, rather than some that go on and on :-)

Hi Jakob! Thanks. It's always tough, I'd say. I hate that process. But make sure to set your mind on a max number before you start so you know when to leave the table!

Hey Morten. Thanks for your answer. How would you calculate a reasonable price - do you have a model for that?

@@jakoblacour No, it's just based on feelings- that's why it's not all that fun :D You'll have to look at what other domain names were sold for in the same field, but these numbers are almost impossible to find...

Pay a 'Hostgator agent' 90 dollars or thereabouts to contact the domain name owner by phone and ask 'do you want to sell this domain'. He/She answers 'No'. I have found trying to find the holder of a particular Domain name impossible so I am being levered into using an 'agent'. They have the market stitched up.

Hi Morten. What if a domain has a history over the past 10 years, no any backlinks and available to buy.

Probably not a problem if it's clean in terms of links.

Yes, the one I want is 'parked'. Basically someone has made up the same name with no intention of using it - just selling it on for a huge profit.
