Recovery after Conflict at Abiy Adi Hospital, Ethiopia

MSF mobilized blood donation campaign, Abi-Adi, Tigray June,2024. - MSF in collaboration with Axum Blood Bank and Abiy Adi General Hospital has been doing the blood donation campaign once a month, since May 2023. MSF’s Health Promotion team, along with the youth leaders and the public relations of the Hospital, mobilized the community to increase their awareness and to participate in the blood donation campaign. Through the monthly blood donation campaigns, the team were able to collect more than 550 units of blood, which saved 525 lives.
