This Scandinavian inspired modern family home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious open concept living, dining & kitchen with many large windows and glass roofing for lots of natural light. It was built on a 40wx30 lot, The Summer Home, in Windenburg.

I really love how you build a mini house in the girls bedroom for her bed!! I’ve ever seen that in any other sims 4 build yet!! As always your build is amazing and thank you for not only labeling the layout (layouts can be so tricky) but for also labeling things that we wouldn’t know where to get such as the paneling on the cabinets. Okay I’ve never leave a comment on your vids before but I have to say that I love the color scheme and style you chose. I’m not a colorful person type but I prefer your designs mostly because they look sleek, functional, and not overly complicated. Sometimes things can get overcrowded inside my sims house due to my love for clutters but your vids somehow teach me not to put too much unnecessary stuff.

Hi ! The wood flooring in this house is from Jungle Adventure =)
Am I the only one who, whenever there is a two tone wall or a wall that's half wood paneling, I center my pictures in the center of the top of the pattern, as opposed to placing them in the center of the whole wall and overlapping the paneling/pattern? I noticed it in a bathroom here, and no hate meant by asking cause the build is wonderful, I'm just curious if I'm alone on this one lol
I had to go look and see, I suppose I could've placed them higher, but I also don't want them too high on the wall because that looks weird to me. Also, a small portion of the wall gets cut out in tab mode so I don't want it to look like it's right next to the ceiling.

If you don't know about no cc gallery art you can watch this video on it: ua-cam.com/video/5JlV4MHrA58/v-deo.html No cc gallery art will not flag your build and will be in the build if you download it =) You can place paintings in front of a counter & they will still function.
