    Reminders: Make sure when unracking to start the movement one lifts up and then pushes in the safety handle, then to properly target the Calves one must control the motion throughout the whole way through and for better Calve activation one should hold at the top for two seconds at the top and bottom of the movement. One of the benefits to a seated calf raise is the increased activation of the soleus muscle.
