@@ajayggm9757 I selected all good quality materials from Europe too, we don't like fancy materials art work cost 3 lskhs and kitchen 2 lakhs. We will renovanate all next year. Aarum pattichathalla specially made wirecut bricks, more cement used, plumbing and electrical most of them imported from Europe.
