Bro this guy is insane… most guile’s get a bad wrap cause of booms… he’s conservative about his boom usage. Utilizes lights and converts them into high damage combos…. Incredible

I like how you just give up neutral on the marisa and start zoning 😭
Playing close combat with Marisa is what she wants. Guile excels at frustrating opponents with his immaculate defenses and refusing to let them play to their strengths, and that was a fantastic demonstration.

@@Aleksimaier Marisa has many "get in" moves, her Gladius has built in armor to counterpunch, Scutum gives her armor to block an attack and counter.. she's a burly brawler with tools to trade and armor through attacks up close, but she has NO projectiles or ways to deal with long range counterplay. Watch again and you'll see his usage of Sonics and Flash Kicks are immaculate. He is constantly forcing Marisa to make risky moves to try and get in and he just will not let her. That's Guile's strengths as a defensive mastermind, he forces his opponent to fight on his terms and not the other way around if he's playing excellently, and that's when his opponent can do NOTHING.
