I’m having trouble with moment 9. What’s completely ridiculous about this one is if you get a power play Shane wright is not out there. He won’t even be the extra skater if you pull the goalie. Come on ea the moment should not be impossible to do if we have a power play.
Love for the Coachella Valley Firebirds in the Calder Cup finals for the second time in their only two seasons.
My favorite is when the game crashes when I am about to win a hut champs game and I get credited with the loss 😂. Last year it happened with literally 1 second left in the game.
I’ve been stuck on moment nine forever now and I only seem to get 1 goal I’m doing ur strats I think I’m just bad lol
I had the same last night. Finally got the goals after a retry in less than a minute. I’m convinced some of these are good old EA DDA to keep us around. It’s not like I all of a sudden got better on try 8 or whatever 😂

I know its dumb, but I am not sure how to forehand back hand forehand, which stick do you use? do you touch more than one of the sticks on PS5?
Just the right stick, if your player is right handed moving the right stick to the right will go forehand, to left for backhand

240 collectibles for what seems to be a one of two choice pack is pretty tough. Especially with no event players in objectives or rush and limited collectibles from each.
Feels like yet another cash grab.
I am trying to be outside and enjoy the sun while we have summer. Grinding NHL is fun when I’m snowed in or it’s 10° F outside.
Feels like a miss but at least they continue to give us chances at players from completing moments and objectives.

I agree, but gotta remember Its not about 30 collectibles for an 87, its about the special MSP you get for collecting them - so itll be 240 collectibles but you get an exclusive card you know what I mean
Still not great, but yeah the MSP cards are basically irrelevant haha
Ps ik we can trade all of them in for a master player but if u think abt it 240 collectibles for a 97 or 98 or u can go to the awards and for 60 less collectibles u can get a garuantee of a 99
@@user-fs3bx2hb5t Its 60 less collectibles because its technically a gamble - they arent GUARANTEED to hit 99 (though Bedard is definitely going to get it and McDavid probably wins the hart)
They had to make them cheaper because if someone wanted to make Josi, they're stuck at a 96 no matter what you know what I mean
Ik it's just wierd to me cause some of them are definitely gona get the 99 ovr but ig if someone wants like brock Faber they could get him at 96 but he won't be a 99

I wouldnt make a goalie unless you are a big fan of them in real life - unfortunately goalies are much less important in terms of attributes

I do agree that most goalies are so so. But, not all goalies and not at this stage. My 96 Koskinen has been lights out for me- different in every way from any goalie Ive ever used this year.

The Koskinen is good because he's tall, not because of his overall - and I truthfully think if you were using his base card he would have the same stats for you as the 96
As someone who has played this game for over 20 years, this has always been the case
I used base Stolarz for months this year because he was cheap and tall - I now use 85 Cossa (Wings fan) because he's tall
Thats the only thing that matters
@@ThrashHky bro, here is the mistake you made in your reply. I’m 53 and have been playing this game since it came out, probably since you were in diapers. I have hit every speed bump and pothole with each release and there is absolutely nothing about this game you can teach me. Respectfully.
Koskinen was solid early on, one of my best by far. As shooting stats started hitting 99 across the board, his base was less effective. There was also certainly a valley of effect where goalies did not matter quite as much.
But… at this stage, EA is going to release a few where they DO make a difference. In case you live on another planet or cant tell, EA has a tremendous amount of bias in favor of certain people VS others. iE,. The Sedin sisters get too much love in this game as do all Vancouver Can “shucks we were just eliminated again” players. A team that won the cup when🤔 (???) gets far too much respect IMO.
Koskinen was great as a base card, but his stats have been wildly superior as a 96. I didnt change my game play or style, didnt turn back the hands of time and as a lifelong player of this game can say he is different.
I havent tried Price, but Id bet (based on that whole Canaduh thing…), he probably plays pretty well.
Just my two cents, keep opening packs and let’s move on.
