The sensor bounce onto the end of the main shaft which protrudes past the hand wheel. There's a rod that mounts into the casting of the machine to stabilize the sensor so that it doesn't spin a long with the hand wheel. There are two little holes below the hand wheel that the rod threads into.

Can you show how the synchronizer and its stabilizer bracket are attached to your machine?
It's a little bracket that comes with the synchronizer. It bolts into the side of the machine.
im actually more curios on your presser feet setup, what is the name of that presser feet?
It is the stock part that comes with the machine. Open center foot with a left outer foot.
