I think, I can easily use it for 1 more year. Only problem with it is it's low battery life. (It's 3000mAh normally gives 4 to 5 hours of SOT)

Currently I am using Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 with 6+64GB configuration. It's been slightly over 3 years since I purchased the device. To be honest, I haven't noticed any major problems with my phone as of now... Yes of the battery life has degraded a little bit, but still I can get away with a day's worth of usage. I am a casual user, I don't game on my phone that much, so can't comment about the processor performance right now. Web browsing, social media and using light productivity apps like MS Office and Adobe Scan still work fine. There are a few minor software bugs and micro shutters here and there but they have never made me mad coz all I do during such times is just restart my phone, that's it everything is back to normal again. One thing I would like to mention that part of all this can be due the fact that I am still on Orio 8.1 but I do update the apps that I need to. So ya, my smartphone is still serving me fine and I wish to use it till I am faced with some serious issue in future, fingures crossed I don't have to.

I used Moto G3 from Feb 2016 - April 2021 (5 Years). Worked flawlessly till the end. Replaced the battery once during the 4th Year. But within a year, the second too battery gave up. 😅 Now using Samsung M51 😄
I'm still using lumia 530 as my secondary device. I bought it in 2015 for 6k used it as primary device for 2 years. I change my primary device every year now (currently using samsung f62). The lumia is still flawless for what it was capable of back then. Only 1 gb ram still no lags for basic tasks I assure no android can ever beat it.
When it comes to bloatware in software updates, MIUI is best🙃. They literally killed Mi A3 with software update, I've used 2 Redmi Phones, recently shifted to Samsung. Edit: I also noticed that phone coming with software version in the box is the best to run the hardware, I never opt for software update.

I am using redmi note 4 more than 5 years have passed. Yes it's lacking in various aspects and I am waiting for realme 9 pro or xiaomi 11i
I've OnePlus 3T and it's still working fine without any issues. Though the last major SW update was 3 years back, however my phone is still running smooth. The only issue is with the battery, which is behaving like 2500 mAh capacity.
Still I'm keeping it with me as a back-up device..

Bought OnePlus 5t in 2017.. its been 4 years! I don't see any slow down with my phone or any big battery degradation or any other issue. It will be definitely way more than 5 years by the time I use next phone.

@@colourfulside5397 amoled screen can be used for 5 years. My j7 16 has been 5 years and its amoled display is still amazing than my note 10 pro max. It is normal amoled display but looks better than my note 10pro maxs hdr10 display. Good quality pannel last long
