actually, I’m too embarrassed/self conscious to watch my own vlogs. sometimes I contemplate why I still make these, what the purpose of it all is anymore. somewhere along the way, I stopped doing this purely for myself, to hopefully make others happy. it started to feel fake to me and I can’t stand the person in the video

I think some people just have really high metabolism - but don't worry because you deserve to eat sweets no matter your weight ! I'm going through an eating disorder right now so just allow your body to eat whatever it feels like eating- Have a great day ! ❤
I suppose so-- I have an ed as well so it's a little tricky to stay in the moment when I eat, but you're very right. I hope you have a good day too and I wish you a good recovery when you're ready for it 🫶🏻
You can eat as many sweets as you want as long as you burn calories. For example, you can eat sweets instead of one meal or a little bit throughout the day. It’s not the sweets themselves that make you fatter, but the fact that sweets contain more calories than regular food.

You are inspiring me to finally make start making vids like this ^_^ the editing is very simple but lovely. I know it took a while. Gorgeous outfits and scenery too
go for it!! might take a bit to get used to it, but the end result is worth it, especially if you're someone who likes archiving/documenting stuff!! would recommend checking out apps like kinemaster, final cut or capcut. anything that's able to do the bare minimum of editing really, it doesn't matter that much :D

I just never got into the vlog stuff but your vids are inspiring. I’ve always documented my food with pictures but never put in the effort to make a vlog (Crazy because I love editing but I am a lil camera shy 😅) Anyways, thanks for the response! how did you make the weetabix tirmisu at the beginning? Also I love your videos
didn't use any specific measurements, but I'm sure there are some online if you truly need them!!
start by using 1-2 weetabix (depends on how thick you want this layer to be) and put it in a bowl.
add milk/plant based milk until it becomes a bit like play dough consistency. optional sweeteners can be added (caramel/honey are so good, most commonly I'd use artificial sweeteners tho).
put it on the fridge and let it sit overnight (>3h should do the trick aswell).
take it out and add any yoghurt, kwark, skyr to your liking. I'd recommend plain/vanilla flavor, if you want it to be the classic tiramisu (but experimenting is fun aswell).
dust some cocoa powder and you're done!! just not too much, or else you'll involuntarily participate in the cinnamon challenge lmao
