Before Venturer launched Q diesel still available but after Venturer launched Q diesel automatically discontinued. For the engine options only available with 2.0 petrol dual vvti and 2.4 diesel.
Dumb in Philippines it’s only e,j,g,v variants all 2.8 engine which is cool in other places it sucks why 2.0 and 2.4 what a dumb manufacturer in Indonesia it needs to be 2.8 all different variants of innova
Actually, in Indonesia we don't get the 2.8 diesel and the 2.7 petrol engine is so thirsty, they stop making it since the first gen Innova. So, we only have the 2.0 petrol and the 2.4 diesel, even the Fortuner doesn't have the 2.8 option, and the Hilux still uses the old 2.5 diesel. Also, the new 6-speed auto 'box is having problems here, mainly because it's jerky gear changes and it's very hard to engage park, and the turbocharger on the diesel isn't very reliable, but weirdly no recalls. But of course, if it's a Toyota we'll keep buying it.
The 2.8 1KD-FTV D-4D Engine of Innova here in the Philippines is the replacement of the old 2.5 2KD-FTV D-4D engine. 6-Speed Automatic Transmission with Manual Shift is the replacement of the old 4-Speed Automatic Transmission with Lower Gear Selection.

sorry I'm from Indonesia there's no 2.4 and 2.8 litre diesel of the second generation and in the second generation innova in Indonesia the diesel only have 2.5 litre and the new kijang innova 2016 only have 2.4 litre diesel engine and 2.0 litre petrol.
