You probably already know it, but if not Montes Burritos are insane. Also that sauce with the banh khot was most likely “nuoc cham” aka fish sauce usually with garlic/lime/vinegar

this is like my 5th video of this channel and this guy is so good at breaking down food for us but I am very disappointed with the profanity for the first time. why can not one yt channel get through a video without profanity? it is not needed or wanted. it is very offensive to many of us especially we who are Christians. I am going to give him a couple more views but as a rule I will not watch or subscribe to a channel with profanity.
