Mine is the wifi version 126 gb version so has the snap dragon but it's still an extra $300 for the S+ but for everything else not a single glitch ? So I'm wondering if it's just the game ( forgevof empires ) but the harder running games don't have 5hat issue ! So maybe it's just the game ! They are already having a couple issues so maybe it's something to do with that ? Just don't want to get stuck with a lemon ! Lol !

Nice job, any long term review gets an automatic thumbs up from me. The biggest thing missing from android tablets is full browser experience, without which they can never be a 'primary' device.
@@For3xampleJohn It can yeah, even without dex. But it's still a mobile browser that uses Android's API so lots of sites won't display properly and many are slow to load. Also can't use any chromium extensions I heavily rely on, some are required for work.

They didn't need 2 release special cases 4 they tab s7 fu edition but rather just lower the price of they tab s7+ keyboard which works 100% with the fu edition

Regarding the battery I actually own mine for almosta year now, and I always get more than 1 day of use, with my normal college days i can probably use it for a week before needing to charge it, ofc if u have a more intense use it wont last as long but i think it is still more than enough

Well, Qualcomm is the company that manufactures the entire Snapdragon processor lineup. I do agree with you when you said go for the Wifi variant rather than the 5G variant because the 5G variant comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G and the WIFI only variant comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, which is a better overall processor.
Hey Qualcomm 750G is not a garbage, it's much better than many other mid-range processor (eg: Exynos 9611, SD720G or Helio G90) it's the same processor that comes with A52 5G phone. But yes, the SD 778G is much better than the 750G
Given that the iPad 9th Generation iPad is so powerful, it's hard to feel satisfied (to me) with the 750G. Not that it's an apples to apples comparison though, just wish it was a bit more powerful for $470.

I got 256gb storage version which has 8gb ram. It works with no lag for whatever I do with it. I dont have experience with 64 or 128 version, but I rreally recommend 8gb ram version.

charging is a bit annoying, you can't see the difference which side of the usb cable you have to plug it in. it sometimes gives an error message that it is inserted incorrectly
hi need opinion!! im a civil engineering student and i felt the need to purchase a tablet for several reasons - one of them is multitasking with digital note taking. id like to view my lecture vids with note taking at the same tab. i am torn between ipad 9th gen and FE but im more inclining now towards s7 FE because it’s more affordable with 128gb and 6gb ram. thoughts?
You can do well with both but the problem is you need to spend a little more to get the Apple Pencil plus keyboard. If you still haven't bought one yet, Samsung's official store in Shopee is having a sale with Tab S7 FE right now with free keyboard.

Hahaha yes for just those things it is fine! It really only starts to matter when you want to use samsung dex and multitasking, like multiple windows open and multiple tabs on chrome. For light use like notes/a movie it's perfectly fine!

Sounds kind of disgusting that all products are named "Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE" but depending on the storage options and whether you can use a sim card with it or not, other parts of the hardware change too. Anyway, the price jump from 64GB to anything else is too big. It doesn't even make sense as a budget purchase at that price point.

Hi! So I just wanted to ask, I got the 4gb and now I'm Kinda worried, I don't need the tablet to play intense games or anything, but would it still be good for taking notes and using Netflix and yt? Or like light games on roblox so that I can let my younger siblings play if they get annoying? I've had the fire before ( terrible ) and those games worked on it fine even tho it had 2gb of ram so considering that, would this tablet be Ok?
honestly will be fine with YT, Netflix note taking and stuff like that. just don't expect it to be super fast and good at gaming as its intended use is not for gaming. if the fire has worse specs than this, I can't see a problem.
For the uses you listed you will be just fine! its only when you open aamsung dex and multiple windows/chrome tabs where you would be recommended 6gb ram.

Is it OK to flip the keyboard cover around and use the tab with the keys facing the table? I spoke to the Samsung guys and they said we don't recommend doing that.
I have not had any issues doing so thus far, but ofcourse they wouldn't recommend ot. The keyboard cover with mouse pad can actually be removed really quickly.

I'm using the Play Avery Artisan Gaming Mouse Pads from Amazon - they aren't super colorful or bright but very solidly built and pretty high quality. The logitech play mousepads are also gorgeous and simple.

Coscto Canada has that tablet with the keybord, but its octa-core and 4GB memory. Should I get it over the new S8? Im thinking about the s7 fe because i need a keybord.
The s7fe is a great tablet for most ppl that want to stick to a budget, but there are 2 big issues (for me at least): the display is an lcd, not oled/amoled, and yeh it was kinda annoying and noticeable if all urban other devices are oled/amoled. 2. The 4gb ram isn't a ton for multitasking. If you open dex and run just 2-3 apps simultaneously it will have hiccups

Cameras don't even matter on a tablet the webcam is only used 4 meetings and video chatting and I'm pretty sure no one would care if they got rid of the camera on the back
I had this tablet and the first thing I hate about it is the power button. You can't turn the power off on the stupid thing unless you hold both the volume buttons and the power button which is just ridiculous because they want you to do Bixby. Samsung is really failing with bigsby and the having to force Bixby and the Samsung services on you to upload your stuff on the cloud or they keep popping up little icons telling you you have to do it and if you don't things on the tablet don't quite work right. I won't be buying anything Samsung anymore.
I bought it with a keyboard but I would like a cover with flowers. Can I remove the keyboard somehow?and put in a new covver with flower design?or is the keyboard unremovable...by the way is really heavy i dont know possibel im not strong but the tablet feels heavy:D but i love the screen is so big...and i go too the hospital for 2 weeks so i have perfect entertainment...just the black cover is ugly i whana put a new designs with cool flowers:)

I'm kind of in time crunch and bought the FE edition on cyber Monday and I have an issue with one game where see a black line going down the line and wondering if I should just return incase of Pixel problem ! So would the S7+ which is now on sale for about $700 bucks ? Also the oled over lcd for the extra $ ? Just wanted to get some opinions !
I did as well cause it was the cheaper of what I needed, I'm not always around wifi so being able to use a sim card works perfectly for me. I play call of duty mobile and it runs just fine on medium settings, haven't really tried the higher settings but I'm guessing with only 4 gigs of ram it would stumble. Battery last decently long and the display is decent as well

Then the 4gb will be plenty. The upgambled to s7 is only needed if you are going into samsung dex to do heavy multitasking or want to get luxurious with super low note-taking latency and amoled.

You can get the keyboard with track pad if you buy the keyboard cover that goes with 7+. That is the one I bought.

5G variant, after small optimization works pretty good(be sure to disable ram plus) 750g when it comes to other companies pretty decent processor

If you have 2 windows open 5 tabs each, oh yeah it will be way slower.

Definitely not a HUGE difference, but when it comes to running multiple apps side by side on DEX - there will be a difference.

I have the 5g version cause I got tired of having to turn on my Hotspot on my iPhone 14 pro max to use on my samsung tab s8 plus so I got the samsung tab s7 fe 5g version cause it has internet that you don't have to turn on Hotspot or wifi to use internet but I have both the the tab s8 plus wifi version and the tab s7 fe 5g version

it has a pen why do you need a track pad? i miss the track pad but it is a touch screen with the pen. the pen makesup for no track pad imo.

Hi! So I just wanted to ask, I got the 4gb and now I'm Kinda worried, I don't need the tablet to play intense games or anything, but would it still be good for taking notes and using Netflix and yt? Or like light games on roblox so that I can let my younger siblings play if they get annoying? I've had the fire before ( terrible ) and those games worked on it fine even tho it had 2gb of ram so considering that, would this tablet be Ok?
honestly will be fine with YT, Netflix note taking and stuff like that. just don't expect it to be super fast and good at gaming as its intended use is not for gaming. if the fire has worse specs than this, I can't see a problem.
For the uses you listed you will be just fine! its only when you open aamsung dex and multiple windows/chrome tabs where you would be recommended 6gb ram.

Yes, it is. The 5G variant has a Snapdragon 750G whereas the wi-fi variant has a Snapdragon 778G. The 778G is slightly better than the 855.

Is it OK to flip the keyboard cover around and use the tab with the keys facing the table? I spoke to the Samsung guys and they said we don't recommend doing that.
I have not had any issues doing so thus far, but ofcourse they wouldn't recommend ot. The keyboard cover with mouse pad can actually be removed really quickly.

I'm using the Play Avery Artisan Gaming Mouse Pads from Amazon - they aren't super colorful or bright but very solidly built and pretty high quality. The logitech play mousepads are also gorgeous and simple.

Coscto Canada has that tablet with the keybord, but its octa-core and 4GB memory. Should I get it over the new S8? Im thinking about the s7 fe because i need a keybord.
The s7fe is a great tablet for most ppl that want to stick to a budget, but there are 2 big issues (for me at least): the display is an lcd, not oled/amoled, and yeh it was kinda annoying and noticeable if all urban other devices are oled/amoled. 2. The 4gb ram isn't a ton for multitasking. If you open dex and run just 2-3 apps simultaneously it will have hiccups

Ipad is a better performer for sure. Ipad mini is a small Tab but this one is a large one, so no point in comparison
Cameras don't even matter on a tablet the webcam is only used 4 meetings and video chatting and I'm pretty sure no one would care if they got rid of the camera on the back

I had this tablet and the first thing I hate about it is the power button. You can't turn the power off on the stupid thing unless you hold both the volume buttons and the power button which is just ridiculous because they want you to do Bixby. Samsung is really failing with bigsby and the having to force Bixby and the Samsung services on you to upload your stuff on the cloud or they keep popping up little icons telling you you have to do it and if you don't things on the tablet don't quite work right. I won't be buying anything Samsung anymore.

I bought it with a keyboard but I would like a cover with flowers. Can I remove the keyboard somehow?and put in a new covver with flower design?or is the keyboard unremovable...by the way is really heavy i dont know possibel im not strong but the tablet feels heavy:D but i love the screen is so big...and i go too the hospital for 2 weeks so i have perfect entertainment...just the black cover is ugly i whana put a new designs with cool flowers:)
Hope you get better soon! There is actually a case (bookcover) that's cheaper and just like the keyboard cover minus the keyboard.

in my country the 6gb version costs 771€ the 4gb version costs only 441€ and i want to use it for achool so i think the 4gb version is the better decision
you're probably right - if you aren't running 2+ apps on dex at once the 4gb will be just perfect.

I did as well cause it was the cheaper of what I needed, I'm not always around wifi so being able to use a sim card works perfectly for me. I play call of duty mobile and it runs just fine on medium settings, haven't really tried the higher settings but I'm guessing with only 4 gigs of ram it would stumble. Battery last decently long and the display is decent as well

What's more important for your needs: a bigger screen or better specs (120hz refresh rate w/ ambled display) - that should make it easier.

Then the 4gb will be plenty. The upgambled to s7 is only needed if you are going into samsung dex to do heavy multitasking or want to get luxurious with super low note-taking latency and amoled.

Not really in most cases UNLESS you'll be doing some heavy multitasking (using DEX with 3+ apps open at once)
