I dont have words to explain how nurturing this podcast is, for me, who iss driven by the idea of freelancing but fining numerous loop holes. He didn't glamourised it without mentioning hours of smart work that goes into it. Many youtubers encourage you to adopt freelanceing but they dont explain how to upgrade it simultaneously. You can do late sittings like this when you are teenager and nobody cares about you but after you have grown-up and got married and now have a family then you cannot continue these kind of late sittings but till then it's too late and seth sahib actually expects everybody to sit late in the office. But I can understand in this age success means getting raise from 8000 to 15000 and then to 25000 and then to 50000. But please remember a work life balance is required in the long run. Money itself alone is not enough. We need to create companies which provide this work-life balance and yet provide opportunities for people to grow. Overall interesting,nice and informative journey.
