👍Based ground of this act is 86th CA 2002 under this amendment article 21a added in our constitution as a FR

👍Under RTE age group of 6 to 14 years childrens are covered but incase of disabled children age group is 6to 18 years

My Twin children study in Lower KG in private school in Chandigarh.
One of my child doesn't sit in class as from Nursery teacher have given child a option that he can go out of class and we (Parents) where called in school time and again that he don't speak much, he is not sitting in class, he is roaming in class. Madam what can be expected from 4 to 5 year old child.
Now we are being pressurized by school to withdraw our child's name from School.
Our Child books for new session have not been accepted in school nor fee portal is accepting fee. They have expelled our 5year child without any written intimation. Please help what can we do about this.
