Honestly Nian, Dusk is okay gameplay wise but Nian has a cool niche with her giving all allies in range plus 1 block and lots of defense. Or even her S2 is pretty good with having extremely high defense not to mention the 3 shields she has that negate the first 3 attacks that hit her. Though it’s up to you in what your account needs tbh. Personally tho Nian’s personality and art wise still beats dusk but this is just my opinion lol
If i didn't see wrong you didn't get any other 6* after Chongyue at 242, i would definitely do singles till you get another 6* because it should be really close at this point...maybe you get blessed and Dusk or Nian spook you (or even if you get a dupe that's basically a 6* for 10 more pulls max) Good luck!
I would say Nian, on the grounds that based on how other Limited Banners now behave, she has a strong chance to be taken out of the pool on the next Sibling. That means it would require 300 with no chance of a spook. Whereas Dusk would still have the low chance to spook.
If i understand correctly it's not like it has no chance to spook but it won't be x5 rate up anymore so yeah getting her as spook will be close to impossible with all 6* there are (to see what i mean check Texalter banner, W was still there as a possible 6* offrate just without the 5x)

My Ling Banner ended up going Ling, Dusk, Eunectes, Ling, Dusk, and then I stopped. I saw that pattern and I didn't like it lmao. No Lee for me.
i only had about 100 pulls to sacrifice on this banner which leaves me hopwfully just enough to get qiubai and yato depending on when they release. i got my first 6* at 67 pulls which was lin then next 10 pull got horn and lin then got chongyue at 114 or so. He was the okay 1 more pull. Please.. then he showed and i freaked
This one was very lucky for me! By 60 pulls I had Chongyue, by 220 I had rat, maxed Chongyue, another Ling, another Pallas, and another Eunectes. Between the free pulls and 10 pulls I am going to get up to 300 so I can buy another Ling and max her out.
chongyue is the only limited operator in this banner, unless youre talking about the offrate limited like nian, ling, and dusk which is just not worth it unless you plan to spark for them.

I agree with u + dusk is very cute and she’s very good maybe a tad bit expensive but jea But i would also think about play style And the creator already has a ling so maybe a combo of Nian on the ground and ling up top but then we have dragons so .. i still stand by dusk i have both nian and dusk and i just use dusk a whole lot more Srry for the long chat

Character wise: Ling - Very cool and chill drunk. Dusk - Timid cool girl. Nian - I don't know much about her but her open mouth looks like she has her tongue always being out is weird. Usefulness wise: Ling - We all know she can solo maps. Dusk - She sucks. I swear her S1 is better as a consistent AoE Arts Damage than her niche S3 that you must find that exact stage that works for her. Nian - Just your average defender with a few cool niche. Very useful if you play DefenderKnights but otherwise, she's a "solid" choice assuming you don't have any pure defender built. Skin wise: All three are awesome.
You can actually do sparks as a F2P but you have to ignore all banners except the limited ones for a whole year. However, if you use monthly you only need around 8 months of savings.

I personally prefer Dusk because I love dark Teal. Gameplay wise it depends on if you need a tank that can reflect damage back from long distance (don't have Hoshiguma, Penance, or Mlynar), or don't have a good AOE caster.

Ling is only the 1 worth sparking if you have enough. She can solo many contents and help much in CS
