Why does Hillary get to talk smack to Trump but he doesn’t get to finish or have equal time to reply. The media is sooo rigged against Trump.
2k Jesus - She might make a jab in RESPONSE to Trump. But they’re incredibly short and she manages to still answer the original question. The problem is Trump kept going WAY of track with his tangents. He completely goes off subject. They have to corral it when it gets out of control to the point where he’s on one of those tangents and never comes back to the question that was asked. He’s not debating so much as promoting himself and attacking his opponent. The moderators had their hands full with him. That’s all.
No, that is not all. They were obviously biased in favor of her. They were debating Trump. She was given the questions beforehand, smart one: it was leaked. She rehearsed the exact questions, and that is how she answered so quickly. If you watch that debate and tell me that it isn't biased, you have a mental issue....You are just desperate to believe that she is a good person
Also, why is the audience only allowed to clap for Hillary? They cut Trump off as fast as they could every time he said something they knew would hurt Hillary. They (her special interest buddies) were obviously desperate to defend her. That moderator was participating in the debate, and it was never against Hillary.
When the public applauded for what Trump said, the journalist asked to be quiet. When they applauded for Hillary she said nothing. Disgusting!

Donna Brazille was working for CNN when she sent some questions to Clinton. From all reports, the questions she sent were so standard they provided no advantage for Clinton who is a very skilled debater in her own right. Clinton won all three debates against Trump, so I don't know what this poster is talking about.

What about the town-hall in Scranton, PA recently for Biden, hosted by Cooper, replete with softball questions? They also had an air of social distancing, but during breaks, Cooper would huddle with Joe. And besides Joe's obvious rambling, disjointed thoughts and general disconnection, there was one good point, when a woman stood and said her Biden sign was overwhelmed by a bunch of Trump signs in her neighborhood. But Biden actually did pretty well to hide his disappointment.

I'n from the UK and as someone who thought Trump should be nowhere near the Whitehouse, I watched this at the time and genuinely thought he won the election after this.

As an independent who voted for Obama twice, this was the debate that tipped me for Trump. I finally realized I would gladly take an authentic bad boy over a fake good girl any day. Hillary was a fraud. At least I could trust Trump’s outer voice to match his inner voice. I don’t think Hillary’s inner or outer voices have ever had a conversation or been in the same room.

I'm not a fan of Hillary at all, but no, it wasn't. What a lot of people don't realize is this is what all those impoverished countries that have tin-pot dictatorships do: people talk about jailing their political opponents and the masses hoot and holler. It's extremely dangerous to go down the path of normalizing jailing political opponents on both sides. The election of 2016 was easily the most pathetic election of my lifetime, with two horrific candidates that the majority of the country hated nearly equally. That's what a lot of Trump supporters forget - just because people hated Hillary, that didn't mean they loved Trump. Lots of people hated both Hillary *and* Trump. Of course the DNC was corrupt, but so is the RNC. It was no surprise that the best "anti-establishment" candidate the modern US political system that's dominated with big money could come up with was a billionaire that was a caricature of what a greedy CEO is, and when the economy finally crashes and the unsustainable stock market and debt bubbles burst, I can only hope people will finally see that he ran the country like he ran his company: stiffed the little guy and kept it all for the guys at the top.

The debates didn’t help him win the presidency. He is pretty awful on a debate stage. It’s his inability to stay on topic. Amongst other things but mainly that. It’s almost ADD level the way he goes off on unrelated tangents. Sometimes he doesn’t even manage to answer the questions asked. Another thing that hurts him a great deal on stage is the amount of time he wastes repeating himself. It’s chronic though and I don’t believe he can help it. Whether it’s because he doesn’t remember that he already said it or that he mistakenly believes that it somehow strengthens his position. Time management is crucial in a debate.

Yes. The debate had 20 to 25 questions that make nation. The first half of debate when to murky waters. The judges were clearly biased. Exhaustive explanation of speech would have been better. Both failed in law and order. I must see this dialogue to confirm on each things correctly. A detailed video on both talk and must be taken to task when they are president. How trump repealed Obama care will be crucial in 2020 and how nice it would be if all vote directly. On each answer in debate it would have made people more armed to make president and candidates accountable.
