I traveled to PH to US using JAL. They will give you 2 to 3 boarding pass (depending on how many airport) you will have to pass from PH to JP to US but only if your flights are connecting. But if she only purchase tickets one at a time (in this example: PH to JP only) then PH won’t be able to check her visa to US. It means that she didn’t purchase ticket to US from PH, she purchase the ticket to US when she was in JP then that’s when she got invalid visa to US. Just my two cents.

I traveled to PH to US using JAL. They will give you 2 to 3 boarding pass (depending on how many airport) you will have to pass from PH to JP to US but only if your flights are connecting. But if she only purchase tickets one at a time (in this example: PH to JP only) then PH won’t be able to check her visa to US. It means that she didn’t purchase ticket to US from PH, she purchase the ticket to US when she was in JP then that’s when she got invalid visa to US. Just my two cents.
