Hi Alex, just wondering if you could help me out I have this exact tester I’m not as clued up as you as I’m not a mechanic I just like to identify faults. I have a Vw transporter that is throwing up a p0299 underboost fault I’m just wondering if I could use this to identify the exact problem using live data. As it only throws this code up when I’m driving under load say getting enough speed up joining the motorway kicks in and goes into limp mode. Thanks

Is there a way to see all the options in the "mall"? Such as via a website? Its not easy to see what is available and what they do before buying. It would seem more value for me to purchase the Mercedes Full Function (as i have 2x Mercedes C Class) rather than individual software modules. But there's little description via the tablet to tell. Hence looking for more information. Thanks

Yes this model only reads 4 units as a basic model. I've mentioned it in the Video and description. You would need a slightly different model that does all the units in the vehicle

I bought this same unit. After the initial charge of the unit, once the battery started to die I went to charge it again and it would not charge. I contacted the company and since it was China based, it was hard because it takes up to 24 hour response. However they did respond and told me I had to go through the vender I purchased it though, which was Amazon. After figuring who the amazon vendor was it was a ping pong game. Both the vendor and Lauch Tech kept pointing the fingers back and forth at each other, as to who needed to handle it. In the long run I am left with a worthless new paperweight. I do not recommend ANY Lauch Tech Products....
This device advertises misleading spec on 16gb ROM. Actual size is less than 12gb. Go to settings and select storage and it will show the real storage size.

For those sensors you should only need to clear the fault codes and then start it up and system will pick the signal up

This tool is great. I bought one and I have been using it for almost 3 years now. The device is not allowing me to input my shop information.

On something like that you can record the live data of the map sensor and also boost pressure and rpm. To see when it happens
