Hello Majorkill, Would you please make some lore videos on the Imperial Truth, the Imperial Creed, the Ecclesiarchy, and the High Lords of Terra? Pretty please? Thank you.
One thing about the dereliction of duty was she had to awaken every single dreadnought in the ship and lost a chuck of them because that asshole couldn’t do his job
Is there enough material to do an episode on the primarchs armor? I know you did their weapons, and space marine armors, but primarch armor seems like it would be cool
"Loses her only friends" she killed the last one and betrayed the others who fled. She's cool but it's not some sob story. She made her choices in the end to stay and serve.
Thinking about it, Angron respecting her more than his legion isn’t really farfetched, after all his favorite people in the galaxy were his human gladiatorial brothers and sisters. I’m sure she reminded him of them, with her strength of will and unwillingness to take shit from anyone.
Angron respected people who didn't take shit and were willing to back it up, regardless of how strong they were. That's why he respected Kharn and Lotara.
It's my headcanon that if any of the world eaters take a wrong turn or do something stupid, lotara materializes a face and starts insulting them until they begin to curl up into and ball and cry
I think lotara is a prime example of the immense potential of baseline humans and similar to creed shows that's its not impossible for baseline humans to be able to out strategize space Marines.
in fact, mainline humans have a slight advantage against space marines in tactics, abusing arrogance. all space marines believe themselves to be superior in everyway, and so might not even think a mortal's plans would effect them at all, leaving the door open for a lot of tricks.
Honestly Majorkill, I'm very happy you mentioned Lhorke, the former legion master of the Warhounds. But he really deserves an episode of his own, the shear amount of importance he has in the world eater books cannot be overstated. Managing to remain loyal to both sides, only turning traitor due to his care for his battle brothers despite very, very openly being against turning traitor to the emperor.
I honestly had a good amount of respect and sympathy for her until the later part because it seems to me she betrayed the last sane world eaters because of stupid pride and ego and not because she was taken over by the corruption.
@@RMCbreezythat’s pretty dumb as the Word Bearers worshipped Chaos for 60 Standard Terran years before the Heresy started 😂 pretty sure they managed to hide their corruption
*"FIRE THE URSUS CLAWS!"* I would love if we got a scene where Kharn has one of his few calm moments and is seemingly talking to himself on the Conqueror, when in actual fact, he's talking to Lotarra's spirit.
Angron: "Kharn! This is Lotara Sarrin! Protect her with your life!" Kharn: "Okay? But why?" Lotara Sarrin: *"FIRE THE URSUS CLAWS!!!"* Kharn: "... You will be our greatest character!"
"As a Primarch, being given exalted titles essentially just went with the territory, but Angron was a special case. He despised aristocrats of all sorts due to what the ruling class of Nuceria had done to him and his fellow gladiators, and he never considered himself to be anything more than a pit fighter even after taking command of his Legion. For most people, addressing Angron as "Lord" was a great way to have your head backhanded off your shoulders. Lotara called him "Lord" all the time (though mostly when not in his immediate vicinity, such as over a vox channel). Not only did Angron never do anything about it other than mutter for her not to call him that, but he seemingly found it to be a bit cute. To him, it was sort of like being around a barking puppy; you might not particularly want the silly little thing making noise, but you'd never actually do anything about it. Another iconic instance occurred during the battle of Armatura when, with the safety of several hundred thousand kilometers of distance between herself and the murder machine, she gave him the verbal sneer of the millennium: Angron: "How's my ship doing?" Lotara: "You mean my ship. And we're doing just fine." Damn, imagine talking to Angron like that and getting away with it
I think Angron respected her relationship with the ship. That ship was, is, and always will be the most important thing in the universe to her. It was to her what Angrons fellow gladiators were to him. She would do anything for it, and I think Angron respects or at least understands that relationship. Angron may not like her, but in her he sees what he wanted: to stay with the thing that mattered most until the end, no matter the cost.
I think angron likes her breed of sass, the audacious and protective kind that will absolutely back it up in any way possible even in the face of something that could kill her
@@gideonmele1556 I wonder if she stopped giving him sass after Angron became daemon prince. That boy aint got no chill anymore, even compared to his pre-heresy form
Just finished reading Siege of Terra: Echoes of Eternity. Her fate is prominently featured in that book if anyone wants to read the lore for themselves. Also "Betrayer" has loads of her in it.

@@DeathMessenger1988 Khorne is one of the few Gods that give you exactly what you desire. Will you have to sacrifice and work extremely hard for it sure but it's always exactly what you truly wanted. I wonder what would have happened if Lotara Sarrin had joined the defecting World Eaters rejoining the Loyalists for real instead of sticking around with Angron and the Traitors which she paid the price by ending up corrupted and merged with her ship in the end.
It’s my firm belief that she would never have abandoned her ship no matter the price. That being the case there is no reality where she remains loyalist except the one in which the world eaters do and that would never happen with Angron.
She might have abandoned the Conqueror but I don't think she would have ever gone Loyalist. She was loyal to the World Eaters, not the Imperium. Leaving the Conqueror because it is literally killing you is one thing. Betraying the Legion you call family is something else entirely.
@@voidtremor6329not necessarily impossible, she could've done a suicide charge against another traitor ship or a sun, making a captain sinks withc the ship kind of moment, making one of the most badass moments in 40k, but having a badass in every sense have a tragic end is also kinda cool and adds to the grimdarkness without being stupid.
U must remember it in a short story where it was hinted at the ship killed her second in command and left his body in her room in the same bed she believed the ship was trying to gain approval from her like how a dog will bring it kills to it owner
Not necessarily. Bersekers in the Viking tradition are associated with bears. World Eaters are Bersekers. Makes sense at least some of their weaponry names would reflect that connection.
Yeah, 'berserker' originally meant 'bearskin' IIRC, because the most elite warriors would wear it as a sign of status. The whole 'frothing rage monster' interpretation came way later.
Obviously, Lotara has issues, but she's still a type of character I really like. When do much of 40k is about super-soldiers carving through each other in massive melee, on various far-flung worlds, I get really happy when they at least stop by and visit the mighty voidships that get them from battlefield to battlefield, and the impressive, but still mortal people who maintain these up-gunned cities in space. As someone who loves Rogue Traders, and their eccentric personalities, as they fly the best of what their people can manage to places no one has ever seen, and face threats that might even intimidate those who know no fear, Lotara is a cool similar individual. She's cool, human, and not a Commissar, and has access to a literal Gloriana; what's not to like? As for simping to sexy art, I don't think I have to this character, but to each their own. At lest it inspires someone to actually make art of her, and she doesn't also have enough tubes sticking out of her to excite a Dark Mechanicus adept.
This woman has 2 major accolades: 1. The WORLD EATERS respect this normie more than their own champion, because she is just that bloodied and ruthless. As a quick note, after the incident with Delvarus, she put him in time out, confinement to his quarters until further notice, and he did it. She grounded a world eater like a scolding mother, and got away with it. 2. Her tactical prowess is so brilliant that she managed to out-tactics Roboute Guilliman. And mind you, she runs an army whose specialty most definitely is not carefully considered tactical strikes, and G-Man had the speed advantage. This woman's entire career was a massive uphill battle, and boy did she beat the stuffing out of that hill. This woman, now and forever, truly is built different.
None of it sounds like it runs to me. She is somehow more brutal than the world eaters champion, more convincing than their previous chapter master and more tactical than Gman because WoMeN cAn dO AnYthInG. Ya no, that’s what we call a Mary Sue and lazy writing.
@@fortyninehike Honestly, I disagree. Warhammer has especially significant instances of Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu characters, and Lotara just doesn't come anywhere close to them. Brutality and bloodlust is not a trait that requires you be a space marine. She is a commander in an army, and one that was sent out for brutal conflicts at that. This would naturally demand someone with a very harsh demeanor to take charge and make decisive calls in such moments. She seems to carry herself as someone with a low tolerance for missteps and selfish idiocies - she is the commander, and you are the soldier, so do your job. Lastly, you could also argue that being a human in charge of commanding the World Eaters in particular, meant that you would need to be able to carry yourself very harshly if you wanted their respect and loyalty. This was basically a band of gladiators, and a leader with any weakness would have as much luck as a commisar with a catachan regiment. As for tactical, I am sure there are plenty of people with as much or more prowess than her. For example, Ursakar Creed would most definitely give her a run for her money in a head to head, as he is especially savvy in ground tactics and preventative measures. Lord Solar Marcharius has been making the rounds again lately as well, and there are plenty others. And I do believe that all of them could at the very least give leaders like Guilliman a worthy challenge if they too were in charge of an Astartes force. As for the remainder of the Mary Sue traits... I mean, the World Eaters were on the losing side of the Heresy, they all lost their minds when they fell to Khorne, Lotara included, as she herself became merged with the ship as some kind of techno-vampire the curses and haunts itself in a spiral of wrath and delirium. Even Horus himself took note of her during the Heresy, and wondered to himself how long her will would last before chaos finally got to her, and what it would do to her. Long story short: The Imperium always has its human heroes, those of exemplary bravery or brilliance, and human troops make up an exceptionally large percentage of the Imperium's forces. Lotara was basically akin to the Creed of her time, and was assigned to the World Eaters likely to get the most use out of them. She was impressive, but then again, only someone of her capabilities could be trusted with the Emperor's war Hounds, and if not her, then it would have been somebody else of the Imperium's 1-Million worlds.
@@robertnelson9599 Quite accurate in Roboutian Heresy where Angron never got ambushed by Eldar attackers and evaded the fate of being given nails on his head.
@@erikrungemadsen2081 And there would be her descendants following her tradition of being captain of the Conqueror in the Roboutian Heresy Loyalist World Eaters.
I think my favorite part of Lotara’s lore is that in the same book where we see most of her lore, Betrayer, there’s a section where she is just sitting in orbit cause Angron forbade her from doing an orbital bombardment. She got so bored she tried to play cards with a dreadnought and that image has been in mind ever since
Lotarra: “I was once told to become one with my weapon.” World Eater: “Philosophy bulls-…” Lotarra: “Finish that, and I will make you wish you were a Slaaneshi plaything boiling in Nurglerot stew!” World Eater: “…Fuck Erebus!” Lotarra: “Go play, and take away the latest spectre’s body.”
Hey on a side note, that fight that delvarus had where his brothers "beat the shit out of him and had him at their mercy" he defeated 27 of them in one on one duels until he was so tired his body was giving into the nails 😅
When people say 40K need more female representation, this is what they deserve. Sarrin is one of the most memorable character in the whole 30K era. I can't remember all the advisors Horus had, but I remember Lotara. Despite not seen her portrait, I still remember it vividly. White side buttoned uniform with a big red hand. That is such a striking character design. She's that one character you know come straight out of anime and be the girl boss of the set.
Surprisingly I was just reading the butcher's nail 😂💔 and she was literally ordering a primarch around even having more respect than a space marine commander... She's goated
Getting a video about how each of the pre heresy primarchs would have reacted to being in Guillimans current situation as imperial regent would be pretty cool ngl
Day 2: Requesting you to talk about space marine traitors from loyalist legions. Imagine being so independent/evil you not only betray the Emperor but your own dad.
I will keep asking for this because if there is one thing all 40k factions have in common it’s never giving up: Could you make a video on how someone could permanently kill one of the 4 chaos gods and (more interestingly) what would happen if they did ?
for a chaos god to die they would have to bring malice back for that...be a nicer way of getting rid of slannesh ...and allowing the elder to rebuild....and then malice over shadowing khorne and the chaos thats taken over the universe just starts fighting its self until it contains its self as malice bring order to chaos to despise it...then on to the next chapter.
@@IsmaelSantos-iy4xi I know. That was the inspiration for this question. Do you just not read brackets or are they invisible to you ? I care more abou the aftermath than the process. Also that is completely unfeasable, I would like an actually in universe possible method.
Kudos my man for the new minis ! I would love if you keep digging that trench and release like the Hruds or the Interex, or even... EXODITES I still don't get why GW hasn't already had an exodite faction ready to rumble
the part in the book where they keep fighting Delvarus in the pits and won’t let him leave until he is dead tired and then Kargos steps in and says “Sanguinus extremis” is awesome.

Great video @MajorKill! ADB is simply great at writung traitor characters in 30k and Lotara was no exception. It is truly tragic what happened to her. But man, I get mad every time I read the passage of what she did to Skane... It is hilarious fanart depicting her as some sexy demonic lady when the Siege of Terra book "Echoes of Eternity" seems to describe her as a nightmare. I'm a loyalist fan, but I can't deny that the Heresy book series gave us some very interesting traitor characters like Lotara, Khârn, Argel Tal, and Sevatar.
Sympathetic story. But the fact she's indirectly why Sanguinius died means I'll hate her forever. That line at the end of echoes of eternity absolutely gutted me

See, it’s stories like this that make me think that the World Eaters just need a hug. I mean, I’m not going to be the one to do it, but they need one, it’s just one tragedy after another with them.
I was not surprised to see that the conquer did not let lotara go it loves her out of all the captains the ship loved her most even now when she a remnant it still won't let go she is the ships mistress now and forever
I think she was always the Conqueror, the entity that posesses the ship was and always had been, her, in a typically chaotic circle of fate and warp time shifting. If she had managed to leave the Conqueror the enitity probably would have faded from existence, but she stayed and her future was sealed. By 40k's current timeline i think she should be able to manifest herself physically in any part of her ship as a nigh unkillable entity the Mistress, and a terrifying a prospect to face for anyone other than Kharn and Angron himself ( also she needs a model and rules ).
Haha today i heard the Adeptus Ridiculous podcast about the world eaters, and they talked alot about her, i guess its my lucky day :D Keep doing the great, emperor work.

You should talk about Ilya Ravallion. She is almost the exact opposite of Lotarra. She even advises the Khan of Khans, Jagathai of the White Scars.
I would love to see what she would be like under a loyalist Angron.
Probably the same, except she remains as a normal human.
@@robertnelson9599 Quite accurate in Roboutian Heresy where Angron never got ambushed by Eldar attackers and evaded the fate of being given nails on his head.
Let's be real, she would go the way of Marcus (the badass under Corax with the Cohort) as to say "go out like a legend, or on some forgotten world"
She would be dead. 10.000 years have passed.
@@erikrungemadsen2081 And there would be her descendants following her tradition of being captain of the Conqueror in the Roboutian Heresy Loyalist World Eaters.
I like to think the soul of the ship tried to absorb and devour her only for her soul to consume the ships instead as meld with the ship
I think my favorite part of Lotara’s lore is that in the same book where we see most of her lore, Betrayer, there’s a section where she is just sitting in orbit cause Angron forbade her from doing an orbital bombardment. She got so bored she tried to play cards with a dreadnought and that image has been in mind ever since
That is one of the most precious things I have ever heard and now I must have art of it
Lotarra: “I was once told to become one with my weapon.”
World Eater: “Philosophy bulls-…”
Lotarra: “Finish that, and I will make you wish you were a Slaaneshi plaything boiling in Nurglerot stew!”
World Eater: “…Fuck Erebus!”
Lotarra: “Go play, and take away the latest spectre’s body.”
Hey on a side note, that fight that delvarus had where his brothers "beat the shit out of him and had him at their mercy" he defeated 27 of them in one on one duels until he was so tired his body was giving into the nails 😅
Her story gives new meaning to the saying "captain goes down with the ship."
She's overrated imo.
One of the best characters in the series. A close second is the ship mistress in the + blood angels animation. I hope this becomes a theme
Hold up! I think I found the only woman that watches majorkill let's go!
She’s Not the only one 😅
I recommend a look at the Primarch's brief childhood, how they were shaped in this short time and specific moments that stood out.
"Smells like a bitch here!!"
*Scared World Eater noises*
Surprisingly I was just reading the butcher's nail 😂💔 and she was literally ordering a primarch around even having more respect than a space marine commander... She's goated
Remember, its her ship, not the World Eater's
She also has abs. The ship i mean.
Tbf she is the ship now
She would have fit in with the blood pact so well. Atleast saying shes as thicc as a ship is literal
She's like the twisted offspring of Admiral Helena Cain and Admiral Bill Adama from Battlestar Galactica.
Getting a video about how each of the pre heresy primarchs would have reacted to being in Guillimans current situation as imperial regent would be pretty cool ngl
Angron would be predictable lol
Better all that but instead of earth leader make it about dating a eldar
0:33 no.....I've loooooong accepted that basically the only one who gets a happy ending (not that kind) in 40k, is Tuska Daemon Killa
Yikes, didn’t realise she had got it that bad.
That’s why it is called „surprising“
And she Deserved it for killing the loyal crew members and being obsessed with a damn ship
@@iix4shotz091 Fair
Lotara Sarrin once shot a World Eater Astarte in the face and made him go to his room for a time out.
Appreciate you doing these focus videos on these absolutely awesome non-astartes / primarch characters from 30k
‘You’ve tasted the fruits of treachery and found them bitter” - Jaghatai Khan
She betrayed the Emperor. She betrayed Terra. She betrayed humanity.
No mercy for traitors.
Suffer not the heretic to live.
Her arc was a massive highlight in the Heresy/Siege. Very memorable
"Tells Angron off"
"Leaves"
Imagine her running into the dreadnaught bay shouting "WAKE UP YOU EXPIRED MOLDY CAMPBELL CHICKEN NOODLE CANS"
Majorkill, you're the best dude. Bought a singlet not too long ago and waiting for it to come in, keep up the great work dude.
Those poor dreadnoughts :c they just thought they were betrayed and still fighting for the emperor. No honor in lies :c
Day 2: Requesting you to talk about space marine traitors from loyalist legions. Imagine being so independent/evil you not only betray the Emperor but your own dad.
I will keep asking for this because if there is one thing all 40k factions have in common it’s never giving up:
Could you make a video on how someone could permanently kill one of the 4 chaos gods and (more interestingly) what would happen if they did ?
for a chaos god to die they would have to bring malice back for that...be a nicer way of getting rid of slannesh ...and allowing the elder to rebuild....and then malice over shadowing khorne and the chaos thats taken over the universe just starts fighting its self until it contains its self as malice bring order to chaos to despise it...then on to the next chapter.
Magnus in TTS put it best
The chaos gods basically represent all the good and bad of human nature
He already did a video on how to kill a chaos god.
His The Emperor vs Sigmar video
@@IsmaelSantos-iy4xi I know. That was the inspiration for this question. Do you just not read brackets or are they invisible to you ? I care more abou the aftermath than the process. Also that is completely unfeasable, I would like an actually in universe possible method.
TLDR: it's called the ruinous powers for a reason.
Grats. to whoever called Farsight Enclaves in the last vid. I remember seeing someone did
Kudos my man for the new minis ! I would love if you keep digging that trench and release like the Hruds or the Interex, or even... EXODITES
I still don't get why GW hasn't already had an exodite faction ready to rumble
the part in the book where they keep fighting Delvarus in the pits and won’t let him leave until he is dead tired and then Kargos steps in and says “Sanguinus extremis” is awesome.
Another reason my the World Eaters is my favorite Legion. Lotara is so cool.
In a nutshell she killed her own friends then bent over to khrone and turned into a Karen with superiority complex
This video about a fearless badass makes me wish for a sevetar spotlight video
I think that Lotara did similar thing with Machine Spirit of Conqueror as Fulgrim did with Slaaneshi Daemon from Laer Sword
hey bro just wanted to say, hats off to all the different ways your putting creative products out there. youve easily blown out of the water other creators effort in this category. i havent had the money as of late, and that's not some pity party your prices are fine. just wanted to give my vocal support, say i still love the holiday package merch i got. and cant wait to pick up some of these BADASS models. cheers, pour one out for me
CRUSH ME WITH THE URSUS CLAW
Video idea: What if the Primarchs were never scattered?
Great video @MajorKill! ADB is simply great at writung traitor characters in 30k and Lotara was no exception. It is truly tragic what happened to her. But man, I get mad every time I read the passage of what she did to Skane...
It is hilarious fanart depicting her as some sexy demonic lady when the Siege of Terra book "Echoes of Eternity" seems to describe her as a nightmare.
I'm a loyalist fan, but I can't deny that the Heresy book series gave us some very interesting traitor characters like Lotara, Khârn, Argel Tal, and Sevatar.
Big fan of all your videos love with the Miniatures look like in this video man
Angron: How is my ship?
Lotara: You mean my ship?
Angron: *silence*
She was the most badass World Eater. Lol
No one runs from the conqueror..ready the Ursus claws...
I love the part where she presses her abs against the ships viewport
Sympathetic story. But the fact she's indirectly why Sanguinius died means I'll hate her forever. That line at the end of echoes of eternity absolutely gutted me
She got what was coming to her.
Audio recording from the attack on Ultramar…
Guillimom: “The spanking or your ass shall be thorough and merciless.”
Lotara: “I’d like to see you try grandma.”
Guillimom: “Okay.” *rips off Lotara’s belt and attacks trying to make good on her promise*
Lotara: *actively trying to kill Guillimom while not have her rear turned redder than Skarbrand’s skin*
Guilliman, Lorgar, and Angron watching this: 0.0
Lorgar: “Aaaaahhh????”
Guilliman: Shouldn’t we, maybe stop this?”
Angron: “You want join her in her fate?”
Lorgar: “Which one, the old mortal or the ship captain?”
Angron and Guilliman: “yes”
Khorne: *watching all this play out while eating popcorn with Skarbrand, Skulltaker, Ka’Bunda, and Valkia* “Love this show.”
Present day
Ghost of Guillimom: “And *that* is what will happen if you do anything to my Robbie.”
Yvraine: 0.0
Jain Zarr: *backing away slowly*
Lelith: *conflicted elf noises*
Macha: “You don’t scar us, Mon Keigh.”
Guillimom: *ultraFace palm and ultrasigh*
Yes !! Her !! Ty boas! I'm really liking these heresy Era character episodes
She might have been honorable to begin with, but the traitor got what was coming to her.
Finally after months of asking. Thanks Major
Part of the crew, part of the ship
See, it’s stories like this that make me think that the World Eaters just need a hug. I mean, I’m not going to be the one to do it, but they need one, it’s just one tragedy after another with them.
The bases on the new models look awesome
Have you ever heard the tragedy of Darth Plageuis the Wise?
Cool vid major
Lotara Sarrin...the baddest bitch of any warship that ever was o7
I fuckin knew it was a Tau army, badass minis Major!
I was not surprised to see that the conquer did not let lotara go it loves her out of all the captains the ship loved her most even now when she a remnant it still won't let go she is the ships mistress now and forever
The Conqueror's abs.
This video makes me sad, I loved Lotara and betrayer was the first book in the heresy series I read. It's really sad to see how far she fell.
Sounds like the kind of person you send an Assassinorum Kill Team after.
"Legion Master Dreadnaught" How dare you disrespect my boy Lhorke by not naming him.
Her fate was as tragic as Angrons & Kharns.
If you want to have some fun look up Lotara Sarrin cosplay. There are some pretty creative gals out there.
*new video idea*
How difrent would Angron's relationship with the world eaters have been if he didn't have the nails?
I can't get the image of Angron raging through the ship out of my head.
Haha today i heard the Adeptus Ridiculous podcast about the world eaters, and they talked alot about her, i guess its my lucky day :D
Keep doing the great, emperor work.
she's in the conqueror's walls now
Lotarra is the embodiment of her ship and nobody runs from The Conqueror.
Even Angron respected her before he went all demonic.
Chaos, not even once.
This guy has the only patreon that I even consider to buy but I just don’t have it in my budget
I love how she made always clear to FOOKIN ANGRON that the Conqueror is HERS... but sometimes he can use it lol
The disrespect to Delvarus is insane. He beat 27 of his fellow world eaters in one on one combat before he lost once to Kargos
Yeah, but he should have stayed at his post.
@@RichardX1 sure. But major makes it seem like Delvarus got his shit kicked out of him after one fight. Delvarus was doing thr shit kicking for hours until Kargos overcame him.
Whoever at GW was writing her character needed to type with one hand, since the other was...occupied
Khorne is the honor bound God and that's something I respect
Latara is awesome without being a Mary sue
Love a super badass lady but when you covering a super badass blue boy known as Aun Shi
10:20 that is one hell of a disclaimer lol.
