It shows that despite being on nearly a 3rd of the budget City operate on, Klopp had built a team that challenged them all the way and would have walked every other season bar 2.

Klopp has always had one of the highest payrolls in the league, (that’s more important than transfer spending) always close with City and sometimes the highest overall. He’s broken the transfer record in two positions, GK and CB. Klopp has never operated on a small budget at Liverpool.

Mancini and Pellegrini won it before Klopp was even appointed at Liverpool. Hardly his fault is it. I’d say ranieri is certainly a PL legend for what he managed at Leicester. Mancini and Pellegrini won’t be classed as PL legends because they didn’t sustain success over long periods of time. Klopp’s PL career has been hampered largely because of City and Guardiola’s brilliance these past few years.

As a Liverpool fan myself, and knowing I'm in the minority, Klopp is a Liverpool icon, but not a legend like Dalglish, Paisley, and Shankly. They are legends since they won their respective leagues more than three times. If Klopp is a Premier League legend, then Claudio Ranieri is a Premier League legend.

Klopp may have only won the premier league once, but he did it whilst wearing somebody else's teeth. So that is legendary.
FOOTBALL HAS GONE MAD. Man City, Real Madrid etc etc etc do no represent the majority of football experience. The majority of fans and football clubs experience football in a more incremental and long-term vision of what success looks like, being a the top and winning everything is obviously the ideal. But teams like Man City and Real Madrid make it actually look easy (History, financing etc obviously are the defining factors of this). The fact these clubs exist, has created an ideal of success that is often unachievable but also toxic to football as a whole. The standard that we used to measure the Premier League by in terms of it being the most superior league, is that it was an 'even' league. Anyone can beat anyone and no team is dominant for too long because the competition is so tough from multiple teams. That isn't the case anymore. But that is what we define as the most superior state of a league, not Bayern smashing it every year without competition (or PSG for example). Explaining that is a long winded way for me to say, have high expectations of your club, but don't lose sight of what is realistic, winning a title should be difficult (PL, champs league). Even just one! So how dare this fan complain about a manager doing that. No one wants to see ONE team dominate football in any league, so why set the standard for your own club to be doing that as the only true marker of being the best. Good for Man City, I'm a bloody Arsenal fan since around 2010, I have practically only known failure so feel free to claim I can't know what it's like to be at the top so therefore I have this opinion. But the majority of clubs and fans will not experience that "Man City" experience, and in a way thank-god, because football would become so miserable haha.

Of course Klopp is a legend, maybe not to bitter rivals who support Utd but even if he won it all those creatures would have something negative to say. If Houllier and Rafa Benitez are Liverpool legends, Klopp certainly is.. he’s the reason the Mancs can no longer say we haven’t won the league 30 years. He also added a 6th European cup.. in 9 years Pep has won one and finished runner up once with city.. Klopp got to 3 European cup finals and pushed the greatest ever premier league team to the last day of the season.

Also known as 'clickbait' One way to see this, is the fact they do seem to have the same callers all the time. And they very rarely have northern accents let alone scouse. Small stations will do this simply because they don't have enough genuine calls to put through. I know this simply because I worked for over 20 years as an audio producer. It's the same for other clubs as well if they want to spark arguments etc.... the same callers all the time. Think about it.

@PredHunter83 they were fined the 1st and had a reduced squad for the champions league which city accepted.
The second time, city took it further and got the fine fine reduced, and the ban overturned.
As for the 115.
38 are for not cooperating with the Premier League, so they will be guilty of them at least.
