  • Today, let's make Singapore Fried Rice Recipe, this is a super tasty veg fried rice recipe made with simple steps which results in a great Chinese style taste :)

    Ingredients:
    Rice - 1 Cup (long grain)
    Water - 1 liter
    Star Anise / Chakra Fool - 1 ( or one pinch garam masala)
    Salt - to taste 1 tsp
    Haldi Powder - ½ tsp
    Oil - 2 tsp
    Capsicum - 1 cup (colorful)
    Babycorn - 2 pieces thin sliced
    Carrot - 1 fine chopped
    Onion - 2 chopped
    Paneer - 75g fine chopped (or tofu/mushroom/meat)
    Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped)
    Salt - to taste
    Pepper - ½ tsp
    Curry powder - ½ tsp (or pinch of garam masala & ¼ tsp coriander powder)
    Fresh Coriander - 1 tbsp
    Water - 2 tbsp
