Great interview from the classic N.Y.H.C. Documentary DVD. These were the follow up interviews, done a couple of years after the actual doc. Lord Ezec aka Danny Diablo had since moved to LA, where he is interview at his house right on Pico Union (also the stompin grounds of the notorious Psycho Realm).
As always Ezec drops some classic one-liners...

I lived in the building across the courtyard from his family. His dad was a quiet cool guy. His mom was more outspoken. I remember when his brother killed himself it was a shock. We used to talk about music whenever we'd cross paths. Danny's a cool guy.

I remember when Jerry passed away. It was January 1999. 2 months before he passed away he saw me at the kew gardens court house. I was in court for of all things jaywalking. He picked me up and drove me home to howard beach. We laughed about the jaywalking charge and of course we talked sports. No idea that would be the last time I would ever see him. RIP Jerry.

I grew up in L.I.C./Astoria, Queens. Whe I was 13 I met Mike Dijan from Crown of Thornz and Abby from Throwdown in Astoria Park with my cousin Leo. We chilled the whole day, Abby shared his weed with me and Mike and I talked non-stop about the X-Men. How can I join the family; I've been itchin' to do so since the late 90's.
