My dude, you were here for me in leagues4. Your enthusiasm and genuine excitement for the game are infectious. I have my own discord for my close friends, and since you've started raging reveals every one of your vids was shared to my discord within minutes of posting. You taught me how to do TOA last year, and I then taught others using your video, and this year... You are my guide through the raging echos. Legendary osrs content creator.
If by chance one of the blast furnace areas isnt auto-run you can get up to 1.36m xp/hr afk with pedals and 1.76 str xp p/hr with pump. Its use cases like this which will make Eq a serious contender for those who want to 50m xp skills
A cautionary word from A Cold One, who was 12th overall last year and took equilibrium, "I picked this one and I can safely say it sucks, it just flat-out sucks. If you pick this, you will agree with me... In the grand scope of things it really just turned 16x experience into 20x." I don't want to sound overly negative though, still super excited for the league. If the heart says equilibrium, let it be equilibrium.
There's a huge difference between aiming for front page/top points and what's actually fun for players, however. For example, as a player who likes to afk things there are some nice training methods depending on relics and whatnot. Training on mixed or with a spear will get the bonus xp added to attack, defense, and strength all at once with the extra exp, for example. Cleaning herbs alone will give high exp, making arrowshafts, or like if you took the mining relic you can literally afk pess to 200m mining if you wanted.
@@doubleshine I can totally see it being good and satisfying in a more afk style, he was going for front page after all. Its probably pretty satisfying to see those xp drops when you do stuff like cleaning herbs or crafting
Good job doubleshine, you really deserve all the new viewers. Simple videos bringing out the strengths of every relic. The excel is amazing as well. Big thanks.
In case you're debating whether or not you want to drop blowpipe in favour of zeah: keep in mind that Zeah has the Twisted buckler that gives +10 ranged strength. With twisted buckler, just using plain dragon darts is _identical_ to using the drygore blowpipe, if you're at t6 ranged. So, if you're really only picking T in order to get just the blowpipe, you might as well just switch it for Z with ddarts+buckler.
@@coryp6868zeah does also give access to dragon knives which have a little better range than darts. Pick the slayer relic and you’re always on task for wyrms, drakes and hydras, which could give a reasonable way to sustain them. Plus I like the thought of speccing dragon knives which hit twice for 25% spec. Imagine hitting 8 times in 4 ticks with a max hit of like 35😂 or better yet dump 4 specs after entering last stand. Might actually be able to pump out 400 damage in 4 ticks hahahah
Honestly even without picking Zeah, just using darts is going to be really strong with T6. I am planning on going FMV for the Sunlit Bracer, and its barely a DPS hit.
@linguotgr i think people are going to suffer region regret when they try to minmax their range build only to realize they've optimized 3 ticks off of their TTK but now they don't want to play in their zones lol. If grabbing that tier 6, play where you enjoy because our stats don't make a difference worthy of picking zones based on dps gain
i dont get this behavior. I like doubleshine as much as the next guy been there since his first leagues video. But why glaze and not value ur own time? Get a hobby. do some exercise. Come back. So what if you watch the video 1 hour later? you got 30 hours to do that before the league started anyway
doing a quick calculation for fletching , runecrafting, and even mining, equilibrium will give you only about 2million exp on the way to 50m exp for each of those skills, GG is my pick
equlibrium needs you to build around it. it makes things like blast furnace cycling amazing training, rune essence with powerminer is like 3m xp/h and completely afk. generally it's not good. and you get punished for not training the lowest skill since you waste the bonus 10% xp
Yeah it's only on slayer unique mobs(needing slayer lvl), not just any mobs you could get as slayer tasks. (someone said let's go kill 100 goblin for a big boost! -_-;)
I agree with everyone, much like a lot of people i found you through your incredible TOA guide last year. Without it, I probably wouldn't have had the confidence to commit to it. Kept up with you especially with hunter rumours for varlamore, and your critiques of the varlamore releases. Love your genuine enthusiasm and positivity, it's really infectious!
I am so glad you're still around making the leagues content, you were awesome for Leagues 4 content, and when your video popped up for Leagues 5 I was stoked. Hope you have a lot of fun!
Thank you again for all your hard work!! It's super helpful to have so much information condensed into these videos. And putting one (or more) videos out per day? That's dedication.
It was a pleasure watching all this year's videos again. Thanks for being so present in the community as we all unraveled the info together. Looking forward to next year's videos!
Yo, thanks for putting all these videos together! I like the enthusiasm and how you're always trying to find the niche or advocate for the playstyle of a relic, and not putting things down :)
21,000 views, even further reaching impact than that, and yet these comment section and this Discord server feels like sitting around shooting the shit with a bunch of friends. You've fostered a wonderful community, and I'm proud to be a part of it
Sad to see the leagues leaks videos end but super happy and hype to start the leagues in two days! Your videos have been something I look forward to every day for the past two weeks. Thank you for posting for each day and making this lead up to leagues so enjoyable! :)
I honestly think Pocket Kingdom is hella insane and might be slept on. To me it blows overgrown out the water. Grimiore is competition because that gives access to a lot of region locked dps boosts. TLDR: Pocket Kingdom is insane and solves 6 skills + possible 2 more, while giving an ungodly amount of resources. Overgrown solves 2 with comparable herb output with enough playtime or patches, but is not a true competitor unless you have a metric shit ton of patches.
To breakdown why I think Pocket Kingdom is bar way better, lets first mention that it works while logged out which Overgrown does not. Below is the output you'd expect out of both relics. Pocket Kingdom Per Day: 2928 Herbs 60000 Flax 21120 Tuna and 6336 Swordfish (raw or cooked) 26208 Coal 42816 Maple Logs + 428 birds nests 14448 Teak Logs + 41 Nests 10704 Mahogany Logs + 30 Nests 5808 Teak + 5808 Mahog logs + 33 Nests 23088 Variety Seeds Solves 6 skills (Herblore, Cooking, FM, Con, Fletch and Farm) and has potential to solve 2 more with Craft and Smithing via flax and coal. Gives much easier access to hardwood tree seeds. You also have the ability to switch things up every hour if you're in need of specific resources. Overgrown Output @ 12 hours playtime per day: All Seeds are factoring in the 75% save rate. Rates will obviously 2x or more with multiple patches 1267 of a single herb type. Requires 36 seeds. Average of 8.8 per herb seed. 3085 Snape grass with 2 allotments. Requires 77 seeds. Avg 30 per allotment. 540 Limpwurt roots. Requires 45 seeds. Avg 3 per flower patch. 112.5 Whiteberries. Requires 6 seeds. Avg 5 per Bush pouch. Solves 2 skills Farm and herblore. Passive 200m Farming and high xp Herblore with nearly no effort. Also, farming 3 Mahogany trees per day is roughly 800k xp. With the default 2 Tree Patches, you can get 440k every 2 hours from Magic trees. This doesn't even include the xp from fruit trees, spirit trees or calquat. Final thoughts: With the potential that pocket kingdom gives to solve 6 skills easily and its easier access to any type of seed, its pretty much no contest for me. Especially couple with the fact that you easily get farming xp with the above tree patches. Also if you are in dire need of herbs or any secondary, you can target farm by going from patch to patch in a loop. By the time you're done picking one patch, the next will already be grown. It's basically the instant growth portion of Farmers Fortune, just with extra steps. Pocket kingdom will obviously require getting ultracompost and more seeds, but ultra isn't hard to get and I highly doubt you'll be in need of any seeds. Finally, paired with production master, the synergy is unmatched and will give you an insane amount of XP for a few skills. With that I think it highlights pretty much all my thoughts on how insanely good this relic is compared to overgrown.
The amount of different routes and even relic choices I've seen this time is amazing. They really managed to make so many viable options. Except for Kandarin that got murdered lol
Let me help sell you on Zeah. Drop Tirannwyn. Use dragon knives or darts instead. Knives or darts paired with Buckler from CoX with the Fremmy echo jewelry gets the dps pretty close to blowpipe. You keep the chins from Tirannwyn with Zeah on top of all the QoL stuff Zeah has to offer like Farming guild and Catacombs plus much more.
Thank you doubleshine for another amazing leagues reveals season! Appreciate your consistent daily uploads and your enthusiasm and passion for the game. Hope you can enjoy the leagues to its fullest!!
Dude, thanks for all the leagues content! You really helped me get super hyped up for leagues this year, and I'm so excited to see what I can do! I've never done inferno, any raids, or most bosses in the game. I'm hoping to have at least one successful TOB or COX run and one successful inferno!
After being set for 0-4-6 DZF for weeks, with hours of planning, the final day, wait for it, changed everything and now I'm 3-6-1 AMF, with nearly every relic changed. God damn it. Thanks for these videos, they have been invaluable for planning, entertainment and personally, ramping up my excitement.
Really enjoyed seeing the live reactions to the reveals. If they do more livestreamed reveals for any future DMM/Leagues I'd totally like to see you include your live reactions again :D
between your vids and the massive sheet this leagues is blessed. im doing KFT 4/6/0 purely because slayer relic is nuts. sheet is giving me a good 89% solved. i did really wanna go varlamore somehow but i just cant justify it since i wanna mess with range tank this season
Main benefit for slayer relic IMO is that all the eco bosses will be effected and you need slayer level to kill them, other than that.. you're gonna have to do slayer reguardless and can get points to buy all the rewards you want anyway. I am going bank note so I get the production prod not being as good, but also.. frick sitting there waiting for a bunch of stuff to process or it taking up your inventory while pvming. and treasure clue seems nice w/ clue compass, but clue compass already making clues ezpz. t5 is the one I can't make up my mind about.
Yeah the absolute last thing I want to be doing in the middle of pvm is cutting rubies or something like that. I think people totally undersell how much time of theirs will be wasted sitting around doing all their potions/darts/bolt tips/arrows/gems/cooking is going to take them and PM removes all that time loss. Did you just spend a bunch of time afking karambwans or bought a bunch of sharks, well time for you to have to wait to use them until you've finally cooked them all. PM solves that and solves virtually every other slow production slog to get you back into stuff. Is it perfect and have no drawbacks, no, but I don't see it being any worse than the other two and has plenty of solid benefits.
Bit of a warning for FTM with the blowpipe; you're going to run out of darts very quickly. Without D you can't make metal darts, nor bypass that with A's amethyst darts, so you'd solely have dragon dart drops. You'd have to use them sparingly, and it also somewhat disallows you from going with the justiciar tank build since that interferes with ava's devices making the shortage even more dire.
I feel like Pocket Kingdom isn't as good as it sounds. Like by time you get to T7, those resources might be overkill. Especially if you have Fremmy for normal Kingdom; that will be a lot slower but it honestly feels like 1 day of Pocket Kingdom would already be more resources than I'd need like all league. Probably is good for anyone going for all the exp tasks though. Slayer Master is neat, but without Slayer Helm I feel it loses a lot of the appeal. I'm surprised they toned down Production and paired it against such strong relics, but I'm still leaning towards it. Even if it only helps me with craft and fletch, it seems worth it. If I cut it, I'd probably go for clues since that seems fun, but need to see how nerfed tasks are first. And really glad we did get an 8th tier; it was a great way to end off the reveals.
Another thing to note about Production Master if you're taking Forager and Varlamore for the 100% secondary save. If you're like me and plan on only grinding for a single secondary then Prod Master will almost definitely ONLY make a single potion with your one secondary.
I think the pocket kingdom is a trap - you'll use it for a couple weeks, and then once you have all the herbs and hardwood logs you need it'll get left in the bank and forgotten. The odds of getting useful seeds is really low - on average, you're only getting one mahogany seed every three or so days. Putting it on maples for bird nests instead should get you about 250 nests, which is a whole one mahogany seed per day. Sure, it can act as a solve for herblore and construction, but there are so many other more consistently useful choices that also solve those skills that I don't think it's worth it.
With production prodigy it solves herb, construction, fletching, cooking, and farming, and if you max out all of those you can still set it to fishing to passively collect easy clues and gems. Also weird to use specifically mahogany seeds as your example when it's one of the lowest droprate seeds - you're getting bird nests to make brews, and on top of that getting mahogany seeds, teak seeds magic seeds, dragonfruit tree seeds, calquat tree seeds, and probably more yew and palm tree seeds than you'll be able to plant even with 5x growth rates.
There are several builds that can make excellent use of pocket kingdom, namely builds that dont take asgarnia. Next best nest option for brews etc, however yeah there's many builds that won't get good enough value from it to justify
what pathway relicwise are you guys taking now they've all been announced? i was thinking - wrangler>forager> clue compass> golden god> slayer master or treasure arb> (unsure about total recall/banknote) grim>
I think how I want to play this is starting miner, rushing tier 2, grabbing Friendly Forager, mine up a bunch of knives/darts and herbs, and smash straight to tier 6 ranged mastery as soon as I have overheads. Only decision that’s rough for me at the moment is Reloaded (Dodgy Deals), or Golden God. I plan on going compass and arbiter, so maybe money won’t be as much of an issue as I thought.
Imagine if equilibrium was affected by leagues multiplier or even did 100% of your total level xp. It would go from a joke to a viable option for people who want to speed through skills.
My personal regions are mory, asg, then frem. Relics are power miner, dodgy, compass, reloaded into friendly forager, slayer master, banker's note, overgrown and last stand. Passive crafting exp, smithing exp and lots of mining resources from power miner, bloodshards from dodgy and a good way to get gold, clue compass because it is insane, same with slayer master, bankers note for early PVM/instanced bossing / raiding along with easy 99 RC, noting any boss drops and being able to camp bosses for combat achievements indefinitely. Inferno/Fight Caves spoon as well. Overgrown for passive 99 farming while also saving majority of seeds while getting free fletching/firemaking supplies, fruits and herblore. Finally, last stand because OP AF
We have the same build in mind besides T4, I am going Golden God. Also going Asgarnia first for void until Karils. You don't need friendly forager with dodgy deals and overgrown. Master farmers with dodgy will give you so many seeds! Don't forget we also get the rouges outfit!
@joshuabevans1076 friendly forager for early passive herbs. Mainly going to be gunning for early blood shards to send theater of blood after whip and some light mage gear. Passive farming exp for overgrown, but mainly focused on bossing / raiding for my route
I'm running the same pretty much except swap for grimoire (since I am going 4 - 0 - 6 in cb relics) and the waifu relic. shoring up off style damage with the gf is gonna be such a boon against bosses like nightmare and dks
It's possible to take Friendly Forager together with Dodgy Deals if you take Reloaded on Tier 4? If so, it might be pretty cool to take that option instead of Golden God In Tier 5 you could go with Treasure Arbiter and solve the problem with farming / herblore that way. At Tier 7 you might change Pocket Kingdom to Overgrown to solve any Herblore / Farming issues that way. The only downside is not having that Slayer Relic, which looks pretty amazing. This would mean: Animal Wrangler, Dodgy Deals + Friendly Forager, Clue Compass, Reloaded, Treasure Arbiter, Total Recall OR Banker's Note (which I liked in previous Leagues), Overgrown, Last Call. As you said in the video, with both Clue Compass and Treasure Arbiter you will solve the money issues and Magic + Prayer is pretty easy to train anyways. - Let me know what you guys think.
I like overgrown because it is the only relic that gives passive farming, herbs, and herblore secondaries. It's late in the tiers but herblore is a late game skill anyway.
I'm probably picking Morytania, but man does it suck that there is an anti synergy with it. You can't use slayer helm and get the benefits of the echo item. Since you need to be wearing full sets for the set bonus. I feel like they really overlooked that one. Should of made the gloves allow a slayerhelm to take the place of a barrows helm
Loved your live reactions to the relic reveals today! Was much the same of how I felt "What?! Oh my gosh! Wth that's so good! What is this?? 8 tiers!?". Was great! Have a good league! I think Jagex knocked it out of the park this time! There are SO many good routes to take and everything feels very well balanced. I honestly don't think there are any BAD picks this year.
I think I'm going A/F/Z 6/1/3 Power Miner, Dodgy Deals, Clue Compass, Golden God, Treasure Arbiter, Banker's Note, Overgrown, Last Stand. But I am considering Equilibrium over GG. While I would like Slayer Master and it is great, it only really helps with the slayer grind if you don't have Mory.
The slayer task is just fine. It's cool thematically but really, most of the benefit are things you would be getting anyways. Like wow you get to use the Slayer Helmet... wouldn't you be anyways? Why would you be killing random slayer monsters off task? Wow you can get brimstone keys? If you have Zeah you'd just be doing Konar tasks anyways. It's biggest benefit is you don't have to fish for boss tasks or run around to new tasks. And that's just fine. It'll definitely save a lot of time.
Dude, my buddy and I have been racking our brains trying to come up with a build all week. Turns out you’re doing almost exactly the same thing we came up with, even torn on some of the same tier levels, as well as being torn between zeah and tiranwnn. Feels like a bit of a confirmation that we were on the right track😂
Thanks double the equilibrium glazing made me believe since I'm going zeah and slayer master 100% - brimstone chests solve what I want out of golden god except maybe prayer but it also benefits from eq as well as magic.
Quick question, not really related to this vid, but just curious: Why are tribridders sleeping on 5/3/2? I'd say that's much better than the 4/3/3 setup. Consider: Magic at t2 gets a boost for attacking slower. So getting a faster attack speed by 1 tick doesn't affect your magic as much as getting the MUCH better attack speed on 5t melee weapons. On top of that you also get a free t5 passive effect. And the fact you've gone t5 melee and only t2 magic doesn't mean you're not still a tribrid. If you're picking a region that benefits from magic, you'll still do pretty decent damage on magic due to the +25% damage you're getting on _every single_ hit with magic.
I'm going ZMF Range and so glad you covered some of the things I've been thinking about regarding combining both clue relics for a profit. Don't think it'll be on par with golden god. Slayer is strong but need to think damage is already so strong and points are x5 it might not be that important idk I'll have to math it, should take too long to build up points and get what you need.
The main reason I really liked Production Master last league was the extra chance to double your goods with potions, because you could potentially get bonus materials on both the unfinished potion and the finished product. Without that bonus perk its hard for me to consider taking it considering its competition.
I'm going DFA 3/6/1 I think. Power Miner, Friendly Forager, Clue Compass, Equilibrium, Treasure Arbiter, Banker's Note, Grimoire (only because I'm already in Fremmy and will have normal kingdom. Though I might got pocket kingdom if I feel like I need it by that point) and Last Stand.
Oof I missed how badly production master had been nerfed. I thought the chance for double and all that would still be there, I’m leaning clue relic now, but I need to see the nerfed clue task list to see if it’s worth it. I think you’re overselling slayer keys since they are not drop rate boosted and you’ll be spending even more time than usual this league bossing not doing normal slayer in the wildy. Also with 5x points blocks and skips aren’t that hard.
Well, you can pick and choose your mob, so you can focus on superiors, and they have 100% drop rate(and spawn 1/50). so they would boost keys.. + what normal mobs drops too. Also Zeah and Wildy have great multi combat slayer areas which is great for it too. And skipping the need for a task to kill a slayer boss, means you can do thousands of kill without leaving.. in theory ;) Also, prod master is still pretty much a 26-28x xp rate for production skills... as long as you have the mats. It saves a lot of time. And it means much faster 50m in each of those skills. For me it will be, whichever of those 3 have the most points to get.
@ yeah but most of the slayer buffs come from the passive everyone gets. The extra tad bit of gravy definitely isn’t worth it to me. You are right though that points reign supreme, gotta see the task list before making this decision.
Im considering dropping elf land, even as a range player. Im considering Z/M/F just because of all of the skilling that happens in zeah. Also having all of the stuff you get from mory, not including raids at all. Having barrows equipment will be super nice to cover non raid equipment gaps Crossbows will still be crazy damage, and bolts are easier to get than darts without desert.
my choice between production master, slayer and clues will be entirely dependent on how many task points there are for each. Prod master is the best way to get 50m in all the production skills, as you are getting 28x the xp pretty much(getting mats could be an issues, but other two relics aren't helping with that). Treasure Arbiter+compass will make getting full gilded task.. doable :D And Slayer Master is "pick your task" without having to taking a task, which is fun. But by itself it doesn't help with superiors that much, and slayer tasks are usually "kill 1 of each slayer mobs" and " kill superiors and get their drops." sooo.. other then staying on a high tier slayer mob for the better chance at the uniques, and skipping the need for a task to enter slayer boss... it doesn't seem to give much points for me. The bonus XP is also only unique slayer mob, and they are all listed in the slayer kill list you can check with the gem. For Pocket Kingdom.. after 1-2 days you probably won't use it ever again, 24 drops of doubled items would be enough stuff for the whole league. And for seed you would still need to take a lot of time to go and plant them... Personally it feels like a waste. We'll have so many seeds from bosses and just training slayer already. Losing Golden god, really the only thing that I would lose is the noted shops. I'm really leaning toward a second t1 relic, to makes gathering easy.
Bizarre decision with production prodigy there. You HEAVILY nerf it taking away the level boost and the chance to make an extra, then move it all the way to tier 5?
Not to mention T1 relics cannibalize almost a third of production prodigies uses. They might as well have not given us PP because of how they structured T1.
I dunno how toned down the clue tasks are, considering there's already 30 tasks for clues lol. That's 900 points, and that's only with easy/medium tasks revealed. I really debated between the clue relic and Slayer Master, especially since I'm going Morytania for that sweet, sweet Slayer helm bonus. I ultimately decided on Treasure Arbiter for the simple reason that Slayer helm won't work in TOB or on Sol, which is really the places that I would want that bonus the most. If I were going Wilderness though, I think Slayer Master wins due to the keys and the slayer helm bonus on literally everything there including the bosses. :)
I wish for raids they made the ticket system for the mega rares for all raids items. Put all rewards into tiers and instead of dropping an item you get a tier ticket and you can redeem any piece of equips from any raid of that tier. This way you have more freedom for which raid region you want
I’m doing something really similar. Going F/T/M. 4/6/0. Only difference is that I’m going reloaded to get friendly forager tier 4 to take care of herbs, grimoire and going BN later on because I suck at PVM. Farming is the only major gap in the build since kingdom will give a ton of teaks/mahoganies but I think I’ll stumble into enough tree seeds through kingdom/slayer
M/F/T */6/0 Animal Wrangler -> Dodgy Deals -> Clue Compass -> Reloaded/Friendly Forager -> Slayer Master -> Banker's Note -> Overgrown (Maybe Grimoire for 8% dps, 'ate Farming tho) -> Last Stand The idea is Range solves all my PvM needs because it cannot miss. As an RS3 (ironman) enjoyer so I want to try OSRS bossing, especially the echo bosses. The relics are supporting the PvM approach with, on paper, unlimited supplies while solving pot secondaries and the worst skilling grinds. Last leagues our friend group did CoX so this time around we're going to ToB. Also last time I only got a bit past Mithril cup, this time I'm aiming for Adamant. Probably not getting all 10 combat masteries, probably not maxing. Early game strat (day 1): Rush Morytania with T3 relic and 16x Combat XP buff, get 320k Prayer exp lamp for doing one(!!) Barrows run and then do tasks/farm Karil's and that's Combat gear solved for early/mid game until our group starts doing raids. Animal wrangler solves fishing, cooking, hunter and food which will be important early due to my strat of rushing Barrows. Power Miner would be solid too but I feel like Tirannwn solves those two skills well enough. Herblore might be oversolved but saving secondaries is such a massive bonus and I don't want to do manual thieving, DD also solves agility but there's sepulchre for that so... who knows. I'm still on the fence for T4 and probably will be until I click something in leagues. Golden God would solve Construction but after Ornate Pool it's just XP and flex, Prayer is also nice but it has 2x EXP so it'll sort it self out eventually. Probably with DK bones. Banker's note basically solves skilling and is the main reason for FF so I can stock unlimited prayer/restore/antivenom pots. It also makes production master redundant, because production skills will be close to 0 time. Overgrown solves 0 time farming, with seeds from DD/PvM at that point. Slayer Master is just a very solid Combat relic and makes helps with 2/3 of my Echo bosses, 16% damage is big when range strength is hard to come by on gear. Last stand is a no-brainer for a PvM novice and bigger number bigger better. I don't see much point in Pocket Kingdom. It solves Herblore, Farming, Cooking and any wood related skills but so does Golden God and DD and/or FF. I feel like it's too late in the tiers but there might be some edge case for a certain relic/region combo where it solves a particular problem.
Is it just me or is overgrown way too late in the tier list like tier 7 everything will probably be base 70 just to get enough points to get to that tier
i am 100% sure you made league 4, 10 times better for me! i cant wait to stream you during this league as well, but if i can request one thing, it would be to remember to take care of yourself too. i'm by no means a professional streamer, and cant claim to know the key too success on youtube, but there is no shame in keeping the streams between 8 and 10 hours, and taking a break somewhere in the middle. that said, lookin' forward to see you in lumbrigde! :D
Very similar to you, but going M/T/F, forager, banker's note and grimoire. Forager sorts you out for herbs and potions early on for fight caves. Farming is the only tough skill with my picks I think, but with ToB you should build up hardwood seeds fairly easily so don't think picking farming relics is worth it
All this time I've been fretting over how to fix my Herb/Farm issue (going V/T/M) and it turns out, Slayer Relic has answered my prayers, now I can just camp Spectres in Slayer Tower 😁 IM SO READYYYYYYYYYYYY FOR LEAGUES
ahhhhhhh so many choices so little time A BUT THANKS FOR THE VIDE OAND SHOUTOUT FOR THE SPREADSHEET AS ALWAYS MUCH LOVE!!!! i geuinly cant belive how maazing my routes came to gether but theres soooooooooooo MUCH PLAY TESTING I NEED TO SEE FOR T4-7 LMFAO ITS SO HARD OT CHOOSE NAD I CANT WAIT OT FIND OUT! i think ill competlyl screw up my t4 pick by rushing it but honestly even if i have to end up with poket kingdom its nuts
@8:20 yeah this is the big zeah pull for me. obviously all the skilling to round out my build, but larran's keys AND brimstone keys? tough choices. I only know for certain that I'm going W/M and melee, and that I will go slayer relic and animal wrangler for black chins.. im so lost even at even tier 2 because I want to pick golden god equilibrium is OP too. at tier 4 its really good
GG is definitely a noob trap imo. Only good if you're playing only a week or two or if you have some plan to rush content or if you want pocket kingdom. It solves two of the fastest skills to train that are already 32x. The only real notable thing is it lets you do construction insanely fast with a stonemason, and it lets you do buyable skills faster if you're not taking BN. It lets you very quickly buy up ores/gems/fish to process faster. In every case, you can just wait for the 32x or 16x and train these skills extremely fast normally.
Based on the solo mission video on the official osrs channel accidentally showing the bar and it showing t4 as 2500, the tiers are most likely 0/750/1,500/2,500/5,000/8,000/16,000/25,000 assuming the bar is proportional
these jmods have been hammering away at making the absolute HARDEST choices in runescape history!! ive been sitting here staring at the wiki page for an hour trying to decide the relic and area combos..
28:23 YES, 4/6/0 ZFM here, join the zeah darkside :) my whole justification for it is that the spider is going to be really annoying to solo in ToB, I get rigour and thralls without grimoire, and Slayer for dragon darts > Barrows > CoX will just be a bit more chill.
is slayer master a must pick for Mory? Slayer helmet doesn't seem mandatory especially with barrows gear and the other regions im picking dont have brimstone or larrans keys so that makes it less appealing...
In the Solomission video it looks like tier 4 relics may be at, or just past, 2480. We see a picture of the bar filled to the 4th tier and the number of points is 2480.
18:20 I'm leaning towards the clue relic because I want a charged glory for big shilo gem mining with power miner, but I am also leaning slayer if getting clues, and getting them done is pretty quick. (FMZ regions)
I’m thinking of the same build, potentially swapping power miner and maybe bankers note? Not sure how confident I am with inferno, even in Leagues. Thanks for being an inspiration man.
I really wish equilibrium was buffed; it's just never quite been powerful enough to be considered a great option. I think it would be really cool if they made a sort of lamp item that stores a % of the xp you gain, and then at any time you could lamp it into any skill.
I want to go morytania, tiranwn and then desert. Max melee and atleast 3 range. But those regions lack herblore/farming so I want dogy deals and friendly forager (sanfew secondaries saved). Do you think that'll be good enough?
I’m stuck on tier 4 and 7. My plan was to take Power Miner tier 1 and go Asgarnia/Zeah/Wildy and take Reloaded tier 4 to pick up animal wrangler which would take care of AFK Karambawans late game and black chins. Then take Grimoire tier 7 for ancients and lunar spells so that I didn’t have to take Frem or desert. But now with pocket kingdom being in the same tier as Grimoire, I want to go pocket kingdom but not sure what to dump between Wildy and Zeah for the desert to get ancients. Initial plan was Power Miner, Dodgy Deals, Clue Compass, Reloaded (animal wrangler), slayer master, bankers note, grimoire, and last stand. Maybe I’ll do reloaded and do friendly forester instead of animal wrangler so I can keep my original area unlocks and get the herblore settled at the expense of hunter/afk karambwans. They made this so tough this year.
you have saved my ass with planning this league ty sir
You can retire now. Please do. You're trash.
Please for the love of god put this guy in GG next season!

Agreed. His attitude is what keeps bringing me back

@@shardsoldier yet your pole is bone dry...
Been waiting for this all day
Came here to say this 😂
I paused the video to let you know you can't get Hespori seeds from the kingdom. Happy to help!
@stormstudioet ty ! didn't see that
You also cannot get hespori seeds from the auto farming relic.
At least you only need one.
Watch me evolve in real time from an Equilibrium hater to an Equilibrium glazer
Equalibrium needs a buff the extra exp needs to be applied to the lowest skill not tacked on to what you’re training
If by chance one of the blast furnace areas isnt auto-run you can get up to 1.36m xp/hr afk with pedals and 1.76 str xp p/hr with pump. Its use cases like this which will make Eq a serious contender for those who want to 50m xp skills
it literally solves everything
@@wozo9210 I think I'm flipping too XD. But I still want Clue Arbiter because I feel I wont have a clue stack with compass otherwise.
I do not understand equilibrium, is the xp given 10% in the skill you are training 10% for each skill or 10% spread across each skill
A cautionary word from A Cold One, who was 12th overall last year and took equilibrium, "I picked this one and I can safely say it sucks, it just flat-out sucks. If you pick this, you will agree with me... In the grand scope of things it really just turned 16x experience into 20x."
I don't want to sound overly negative though, still super excited for the league.
Equilibrium allows for some very good afk training options like pure essence
Sure I just think it's value for early game engine is pretty strong, plus more xp means less time grinding skills more time pvm
@@doubleshine I can totally see it being good and satisfying in a more afk style, he was going for front page after all. Its probably pretty satisfying to see those xp drops when you do stuff like cleaning herbs or crafting
Also last year it was up against an insane farming relic and ruinous powers so def much less crazy of a tier this year
Good job doubleshine, you really deserve all the new viewers.
There's plenty of content where the loss of range would hinder the build, but yeah I suppose
If you're picking F as a ranger you get the Dragonfire Ward which is +8 ranged strength too
Honestly even without picking Zeah, just using darts is going to be really strong with T6.
Been refreshing so hard waiting for this vid lmao
Yes!
i dont get this behavior.
IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN
At 21:42 There is a Slayer log in the enchanted gem (and Slayer helm) that tracks your KC for every Slayer creature already in the main game!
Pocket Kingdom Per Day:
2928 Herbs
60000 Flax
21120 Tuna and 6336 Swordfish (raw or cooked)
26208 Coal
42816 Maple Logs + 428 birds nests
14448 Teak Logs + 41 Nests
10704 Mahogany Logs + 30 Nests
5808 Teak + 5808 Mahog logs + 33 Nests
23088 Variety Seeds
Solves 6 skills (Herblore, Cooking, FM, Con, Fletch and Farm) and has potential to solve 2 more with Craft and Smithing via flax and coal. Gives much easier access to hardwood tree seeds. You also have the ability to switch things up every hour if you're in need of specific resources.
Overgrown Output @ 12 hours playtime per day: All Seeds are factoring in the 75% save rate. Rates will obviously 2x or more with multiple patches
1267 of a single herb type.
With that I think it highlights pretty much all my thoughts on how insanely good this relic is compared to overgrown.
pocket kingdom is better than both other herb gathering relics combined for sure

Next best nest option for brews etc, however yeah there's many builds that won't get good enough value from it to justify
what pathway relicwise are you guys taking now they've all been announced? i was thinking - wrangler>forager> clue compass> golden god> slayer master or treasure arb> (unsure about total recall/banknote) grim>
im at 92% solve with a warmage build, gonna stick with it or else im going to be constantly doubting myself, great spreadsheet chaps!
You’re the man!! Thanks for all your hard work ❤
Imagine if equilibrium was affected by leagues multiplier or even did 100% of your total level xp.
Great video, cant wait to see everyone on the 27th.
Your videos been a big help to me going into this league and can't wait to see your play through
It's possible to take Friendly Forager together with Dodgy Deals if you take Reloaded on Tier 4?
I think I'm going
A/F/Z 6/1/3
Power Miner, Dodgy Deals, Clue Compass, Golden God, Treasure Arbiter, Banker's Note, Overgrown, Last Stand.
But I am considering Equilibrium over GG. While I would like Slayer Master and it is great, it only really helps with the slayer grind if you don't have Mory.
Thank you for another great year of Reveals!
A friend of mine and I picked FTM a while back and feel so unbelievably affirmed. Thanks leagues dad
Quick question, not really related to this vid, but just curious:
Why are tribridders sleeping on 5/3/2?
Slayer is strong but need to think damage is already so strong and points are x5 it might not be that important idk I'll have to math it, should take too long to build up points and get what you need.
good coverage this year mr. shine. loved that live reaction.
The main reason I really liked Production Master last league was the extra chance to double your goods with potions, because you could potentially get bonus materials on both the unfinished potion and the finished product. Without that bonus perk its hard for me to consider taking it considering its competition.
tick tock leagues man need that day 1 tasks guide updated !
For real!! Where’s he at?
And skipping the need for a task to kill a slayer boss, means you can do thousands of kill without leaving.. in theory ;)
Also, prod master is still pretty much a 26-28x xp rate for production skills... as long as you have the mats.
Having barrows equipment will be super nice to cover non raid equipment gaps
Crossbows will still be crazy damage, and bolts are easier to get than darts without desert.
my choice between production master, slayer and clues will be entirely dependent on how many task points there are for each.
Prod master is the best way to get 50m in all the production skills, as you are getting 28x the xp pretty much(getting mats could be an issues, but other two relics aren't helping with that).
Treasure Arbiter+compass will make getting full gilded task.. doable :D
And Slayer Master is "pick your task" without having to taking a task, which is fun.
Yeah kind of odd. If it were in T4, even without the previous leagues improvements to it, I would have taken it over GG and Reloaded.
And yet people still think trickster was better than pp last leagues…
RIP pp, we didn’t deserve you :’(
I dunno how toned down the clue tasks are, considering there's already 30 tasks for clues lol.
Equilibrium should work with combat exp now which is a massive bump. It combined with overgrown is pretty massive.
Can't believe we're this close! Sad to hear it's the final episode 🥲🥲🥲
I wish for raids they made the ticket system for the mega rares for all raids items. Put all rewards into tiers and instead of dropping an item you get a tier ticket and you can redeem any piece of equips from any raid of that tier. This way you have more freedom for which raid region you want
You're killing it man, cheers to another Leagues
Thanks for the updates double. ❤

Animal Wrangler -> Dodgy Deals -> Clue Compass -> Reloaded/Friendly Forager -> Slayer Master -> Banker's Note -> Overgrown (Maybe Grimoire for 8% dps, 'ate Farming tho) -> Last Stand
The idea is Range solves all my PvM needs because it cannot miss.
You talking about equilibrium+ clue relic is the first time I've doubted going golden god since that reveal dropped
Is it just me or is overgrown way too late in the tier list like tier 7 everything will probably be base 70 just to get enough points to get to that tier
Og is terrible. Just plant trees and you'll get 99 farming easily. Forager and kingdom are both better if you want herbs
@@joshholmes1372 OG is great, it's "plant something different in all your fields, and then forget about farming FOREVER".
Equilibrium is really good for wildy pickers since we don’t need golden god nearly as much.
i am 100% sure you made league 4, 10 times better for me!
i cant wait to stream you during this league as well, but if i can request one thing, it would be to remember to take care of yourself too.
i'm by no means a professional streamer, and cant claim to know the key too success on youtube, but there is no shame in keeping the streams between 8 and 10 hours, and taking a break somewhere in the middle.
that said, lookin' forward to see you in lumbrigde!
I only know for certain that I'm going W/M and melee, and that I will go slayer relic and animal wrangler for black chins..
im so lost even at even tier 2 because I want to pick golden god
equilibrium is OP too. at tier 4 its really good
GG is definitely a noob trap imo.
Come to Kourend with us! Don't worry about blowpipe, nature's reprisal renders it & swamp trident sorta obsolete.
Based on the solo mission video on the official osrs channel accidentally showing the bar and it showing t4 as 2500, the tiers are most likely 0/750/1,500/2,500/5,000/8,000/16,000/25,000 assuming the bar is proportional
Really looking forward to the extended starting route!
Can't wait to watch this while I'm driving home from work 👌
these jmods have been hammering away at making the absolute HARDEST choices in runescape history!! ive been sitting here staring at the wiki page for an hour trying to decide the relic and area combos..
Thanks for doing these, was fun and informative!
See you in lumbridge in a few days!
