The first step to choosing a "perfect" _Harry Potter_ movie is accepting the fact that if the books themselves are to be considered perfect, none of the movies are 100% perfect. Each one lacks a few unnecessary, if entertaining, elements such as Peeves the Poltergeist. The movies, however, are as close to perfect as we can hope to get from here on out. At this point, the only convincing way to add the missing elements into the movies would be to remake them altogether, and I highly doubt that, even with the addition of Peeves, any potential remakes would even come _close_ to being as good as the existing movies, let alone better. It's like Tom Bombadil in _LOTR:_ It would have been nice to have him in the movies, but there's nothing we can do at this point.
