Louisianna was absolutely amazing in this episode. The back-and-forth was awesome. And I loved the hosts' look. Their hair was almost Elizabethan headdress-y. It was nice. Sigourney looked like the devil and Louisianna is the angel this episode! "Severe Feminine Beauty" should be on a T-shirt. "I wish I stole more." WAS SUCH A PERFECT HUMOROUS END TO THIS EPISODE AHAHAHAHA. Oh Louisianna you angel.
I’ve literally never watched any Dragula but I haven’t missed an episode of this since her first popped up on my recommended by chance. A few years ago I think I was recommended in UA-cam a clip compilation of drama between a few people during Dragula but I couldn’t concentrate on what was going on with all the chaos and fighting because I was captivated by Sig! Their look, their way of speaking, how expressive and animated they are, how passionate about their drag they are. It is beautiful when someone knows what they want to do and won’t be deterred by anything that isn’t an actual well meaning constructive criticism, but otherwise they know their worth and when to listen and when to have the will and strength to stand up for themselves and not let anybody dim their shine, while still coming across as a person who wouldn’t try and bring anyone down just to raise herself up. That was just the vibe I got from knowing basically nothing about the season and what the context for any of the compilations were. I just love how expressive Sig is, I’m loving how this show has improved with each episode and how popular it’s getting, everyone behind the scenes who puts work in should be proud of themselves too. Sig is magnetic but it’s not just her that’s made this show so popular, I hope everyone involved including the guests is proud of this and how they’ve contributed to its growth. I’m glad I’m getting the chance to learn more about Sig and her guests even since my first introduction too as I’m too much of a wuss to watch Dragula properly but I do think the artistry and inventiveness is amazing. Thank you Sig for letting me get to know a bit more about a show I’ve tried to watch before but have been too squeamish, by introducing me through your show and bringing on guests and letting people be themselves and be honest about if they don’t like something. It’s so interesting to get to see these people I probably never would have got to see but now I get to know more about who they are outside of a reality tv show and that’s really cool just to get to see more facets of a person ☺️
