- This is a video showing a list of all teams and stadiums for the 2022/23 German Bundesliga season ordered by the capacities of the grounds. You will learn all the teams, crests and the name, capacity and opening year of each stadium. Each stadiums has an aerial and inside the ground image to bring you the best immersive experience.
The 2022-23 Bundesliga will be the 60th season of the Bundesliga. It will begin on 5 August 2022 and will conclude on 27 May 2023. There are 18 teams competing in the league. Schalke 04 and Werder Bremen are newly promoted teams. Bayern Munich are the ten-time consecutive defending champions.

Truth be told the Bundesliga has THE BEST stadiums in all of Europe from top to bottom.

No it hasn't. Premier League has the best. Also the capacities of the Bundesliga stadiums is misleading, since it is not the all-seater capacity.
@@ropsredel Let's put it this way, neither germany nor england would have to add (or expensively renovate) any new stadium to host either WC or EC! Also a fiasco like during champions ligue or uefa cup finals would be far less likely, as most of the truly big stadiums are used to full capacity matches!

Hoffenheim und Leipzig wurden von Einzelpersonen (mit sehr unterschiedlichen Motiven aber trotzdem) hochgepuscht.
Leverkusen und Wolfsburg sind de facto Werkssport.
Berlin und Hamburg haben Mäzene..
Und der FC Bayern hatte das Glück ein (für damalige Verhältnisse 1a Stadion dank Olympia 'umsonst' zu bekommen und hat beim Neubau seinen träumenden Stadtrivalen so über Tisch gezogen, dass der die Reibungsenergie als Nestwärme verstanden hat!
Dortmund und Schalke wären zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten beinahe pleite gegangen...

2:21 true fact: National Arena from Bucharest (Romania) , ready in 2011, was made after the same model of Eintracht Frankfurt stadium , only difference is that the stadium from Bucharest has 56.500 on seats capacity than 51.500 stadium from Germany ...the stadium from Bucharest was built by the same german constructor company who built Eintracht Frankfurt stadium

Proper well built good looking staduims unlike premier league, some of the stadiums look stupid and half built like, Newcastle, Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Everton, Forest, Wolves
I tend to disagree. Not about the part where German stadiums are fantastic, that is completely true, but English stadiums have so much character and history and the atmpsphere in the Premiership is unmatched.

@@Mazlvm I have been there a few times. The Dortmund support is completely overrated, Cologne, Frankfurt, Schalke and Union are much better! The stadium is a loveless concrete block without harmony, looks completely thrown together, without a concept. I'm surprised that this outdated stadium was nominated as the venue for Euro 2024.
The lower part clearly shows the age of almost 50 years, the dressing rooms and the mixed zone are a bad joke, NOTHING has changed in 50 years. The cabins are so loveless, like a random hobby sports facility.
@@ruhri0411 you're such an idiot! The stadium has been renovated and modernized several times since it was built in 1974. The last major modernization was in 2017/18. The changing rooms are especially not luxury because you are only in there for a few minutes anyway and you only change there. That's what the club bosses said too. A stadium doesn't have to be luxurious to be modern! It's a stadium and not a luxury attraction! And the atmosphere is always very good in the stadium!

The Olympiastadion (Hertha) is actually a terrible stadium for football. The fans are too far away from the field and it's too big, so it often feels empty and silent. Hertha will build a new stadium soon to fix these issues.
