- Today I have an overgrown lawn that has been recently abandoned by the tenants. This property has received a violation from the city. If the violation isn't cleared by the 20th of September, the owner will receive a fine of $411 plus a daily fine for each day it is left uncleared. I decided to help out and mow this lawn for free. I contacted the city afterwards to get the violation cleared but they are in the process of hiring a new officer in the area, so I am waiting for a call back. However, I was able to get ahold of the property owner. She lives in New York and had no idea the grass had gotten this overgrown. She was very happy that I mowed the lawn and removed the threat of a fine.

You get satisfaction bringing yards back to maintainence level and hopefully a new long-term contract , lovely gardens when manicured but owners so far away , inheritance or relocation means two homes.Neibours drain really not helping ,blocked and flooded.
Man, that looked like it was some thick, thick, wet fescue. That beast of a mower had to back and forth it like a push mower. Crazy overgrown grass. Great job sir!

I am really amazed with all the work you do to help others. I wish you would use paper instead of plastic bags with yard clippings. They break down so much better for the environment. Smart using mower after regular cutting to blow clippings together in piles to rake n bag up. So much easier that way. 👍 Yard looks great man!

First, I'm a new subscriber and you're awesome for doing these jobs and doing them well! But I have to say, if this guy lives in NY and has a home in Florida then I'm thinking it's like a vacation home. If he's physically not able to maintain it, then he either needs to sell the property or pay someone to do it regularly. My husband and I are elderly but pretty much able bodied and helped out a few much younger, able-bodied neighbors when we thought they needed help till they started taking advantage of us and we just said no more. You're very kind and I hope people you help appreciate how you've helped them in their time need.

Sure hope you told the homeowner about your channel and when it would be uploaded so they could watch the video and see the before and after pics. Another thing to consider is to take pics or film all the windows and doors as way to cover your rear end in case of later damage by others.

Awesome job like i love the bagging of grass
For one minute i thought you were going to be totally different then the quick mow and be gone companies who set the yard up so they can return in 6 to 8 months when it recovers in weeds! I watched you cut and pick up branches and bushes and then i got my hopes up when i saw you bag the back yard ! But no just like other mowers you want to return in 6 to 8 months to find the front yard covered again in weeds because you did not rake and pickup front yard weeds that now cover and will kill the green grass that can be seen on each neighbors front lawn! Otherwise did a good job! For safety suggest buy a wide brim hat-- an elastic scarf---a pair of gloves and wear jeans because snakes can bite thru cotton! Long sleeves too?
