personally, I increase the video playback speed a little to my liking. Then, I write down important points in separate notes for each subject (not topics but the whole subject) I cover.
Taking notes while pausing the vid takes a lot of time for me. But in the end, I can look back in my notes and revise or even refer to them while re-watching some topics vids
But it's important to just sit in a nice environment and listen carefully while the video is playing. Have no distractions and refer online to terms or concepts you don't understand
Note: I use Chatgpt and ask it to explain simply in 1 para or so for quick notes/ understanding

Well explained, still few things are missing
1) if medium is busy everytime station tries to send then what? Do you think sta will always be increasing the exponential value? whether it will get medium or not?
2) Carrier sense pronunciation is wrong. You are speaking it as Career rather. Both are different.
3) What if RTS method is disabled? Still station can send just FYI
4) Carries sense should be described completely including physical and virtual part both. RTS is one way of Virtual sense which is done at MAC and not at PHY.
why not u start a you tube channel and start teaching CN...it easy to find drawbacks sitting idle at home

Because we Indians have this extremely bad habit of using English too much, giving it too much of importance when all the other Asian countries even many outside Asia fuck English by using their language.
