Wow your poundland looks amazing ! My town has 2 poundland but they are both small and rubbish ex
Mine are the same :(
Same
Emma, I just love watching you parent your children. They are such polite lovely kids, such a credit to you! 😍
Love me a stationary haul and my goodness you must be incredibly proud of how polite and considerate your babies are!
Always saying please and thank you. X
vetherantis ah I love them so much! (And I’m a bit strict 🤣🤣🤣)
My border terrier Margaret came running over when she heard the squeaks!
I’m an NQT teaching year 4. I can’t wait to start teaching a class full of Erin’s 📚✏️📎🖍📏
Heather amazing! It’s the best job in the world!!!
WELDONE
I’m in year 10 so have to buy everything except work books and even though it can be quite expensive,i loveeeeee school shopping cause I live fun stationary😂😂
Love stationery, makes me so happy! 💕
I always get compliments on some of my stationery, I get excited for going back to school because of new stationery 😅.
Going into year 11 this year so not too excited this year.
My dog jumed up and went in the garden and chewed the dogs ball thankyou for doing the ball squiky nose
@Abi Baker I know she always dose that when she heres the nosies of here toys its CRAZY shes only 2 and a harth
Year 2 children only need to learn their 2, 5 and 10 times tables for the SATs 😌
Actually it's so much harder now. I taught Y2 and the expectation was 2,3,4,5,10 and 11
Ch33kyAniisahX not in England 🤣
@@cassandraharrison9835 yes in England, but maybe that was the expectation of the school. The actual Sat's paper was hard though and contained all sorts of timestables.
assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/711193/STA187964e_2018_ks1_mathematics_Paper1_arithmetic.pdf.pdf that’s the sats paper xxx
Cassandra Harrison mate not every school is the same. They said they taught y2 so I think that they have a good idea of what they need to teach.
Seeing all that stationary laid out on the table I loved it xxx😍 and it was so lovely seeing the kids getting involved xxx💕
I’m starting as an au pair with 3 school age kids in a few days and your videos have actually made me so excited about what they’re going to be doing and learning and helping them with learning and homework. I did a couple years in the uk school system but I’m Canadian so that’s the system I remember most, so I’m very excited to experience the different education system again!
Stationary is my weakness. The feeling I get buying stationary is the same feeling I get when I can hang the first load of washing out on the line in the spring. Phoar!!
Hope you're all having a nice holibobs! Been cracking up at some of the ig posts and stories! xx
Samantha McCullough I’m going into Year 11 and I think I’ve spent above £50 on stationary alone and I’m still buying more opps
I have 5 kids receptioner, 2 kids in year 3 and one kid in year 6 so that’s a lot of stationary. I live in the Uk but in our school we need to buy everything too like in the US but the school does provide the work books. We like to shop at WhSmith, Rhyman and Sainsburys. We’re not a fan of the Poundland stuff because most of it is own brand- at least at our poundland and the pen brand stuff is pretty bad quality. The stuff that you bought were mostly craft supplies so for that pound land is good. Our family sends love! 💋
In my school in Poland I need around 12 notebooks cause we have to bring our own and a pencil case with all the stationary and other stuff, but it’s fun I don’t mind it
Seeing all that stationary laid out makes me so happy!! 😍 Xx
My lovely dog Maisie ran straight over to my phone when Erin squeezed the tennis ball 😂
The lunchbox is great but we’ve had two and the kids have both snapped. They do a similar one that’s square and clear and has compartments which has lasted a lot longer. Great haul my 8 year old loved watching it x
Love this video, definitely would enjoy more organisation & stationery videos xx
I love this video. My daughter is in year 3 of university so I no longer do the BTS shop but I enjoyed reminiscing those moments with you. Feeling happy😊
My dog is asleep on my lap & he moved his ears and stared at the screen at the squeaky toys!
My son's school has the pre-school class top up the stationery for the infant school, so last year we had a long list of all things for colouring ☺ this year he just needs tissues and wipes. I love the sistema stuff, 2 water bottles in rotation have lasted an entire year so far and still look pretty good !
Our Poundland has just got pencil cases in with holes for removable charms which you can also buy. Loads of different charms and colours including ones that aren't all unicorns !
Shell Bee OHHH sound lovely!
DAMN THIS WAS INSANE! You got so many bargains!
We don’t have kids nor are going back to school, but now I’m super tempted to go shopping 😂
Was anyone else waiting for the stationary song ? 😂
Georgia kate x HAAAAA
Loved this video! Defo going to check out pound land for some back to uni bits x
Back to school stationary time 🎉 I’m 40+ and still blooming love it!
Ditto 😆
This is the first video from you, and love you all. Year 4 and primary school is a great time. Poundland has the best for cheap supplies, makes me old as I going into year 13 and I love all the "children" supplies (never too for unicorn pencil cases) and crafts 😂. Also since when did year 2 do SATS? I just remembered doing them in year 6 and I don't remember doing any exams or very important test in year 2 (well that was 11 years ago tho, 😂😱)
I'm going into year 14 and did SATS in year 2 and 6
@@Carmel_Star2000 ah right. Maybe my school didn't do it or I just cannot remember.
Slippery folders 😂 that’s me! ❤️
here in austria you either had to buy everything on your own partly with lists or they bought it for you (maps etc) and stuff like pens you had to buy yourself anyway
What a decent haul! Have a great start of the term Ethan and Erin :)
My son uses the sistema lunchbox. Absolutely brilliant. It's lasted for 2 school years so far and still going strong
I love a good stationary haul great vlog as always 💕
Yup my dog Revel came running to me when he heard the squeaks!
Those Poundland journals 😍😍😍😍
Love stationary it's so fun. I usually buy my great niece and nephew some school supplies. I live in Canada and I don't think they teach cursive writing anymore
Great timing!! My daughter is going into year 4 and wants to get a pencil case even though it's not asked of them 😂👍 xx
I live in Birmingham as well
Those lunch box's are really good I've hade one for 2 years
The slippery fish comment was me 😂 I stand by it. I’ve never heard it be called polly pocket!
I’m from New York, and I have always called them page protectors
Wilkos do lots of big brand names really cheap - you can get a big pack of bic pens in there for only a few pounds which is insane as tesco is always extortionate
Emma, would love to see where you store all your craft items and how you organise it? Xx
Emma G OK!!
I start school tomorrow
My names Erin aswell❤️I start college on Monday
Your daughter Erin is such a beautiful little girl xx
My sons going into his 4th n last yr at uni, i used to be mad on stationary organising with him, but by high school he’d be happy with a half chewed biro until it ran dry 🙁..... yes Erin my little dog alfie looked around when you squeaked ball, how about singing him a lullaby ( hes not as lazy as Lucy 🤣)xxx👱🏻♀️🐶
You made my dog go mental when you started squeaking the dog ball 😂
I got the exact same ademic diary as the one you did in poundland
I call them poly pockets! xx
Wilko glue is great, try that next time x
My son who is going into year 5 has just mugged me for a Smiggles pencil case and bloody Sharpies!! He just had to have them as all his mates have them, oh he knows how to play me lol. Love your videos have just done the same and stocked up the homework draws.
Really, my sons going in to Yr 6 and I've never bought him anything for the classroom. It's all provided at school
@@stillirise9705 they dont have to take anything but quite a few children do so he wants to anything that makes him more interested in learning lol
@@christinaclifton4930 ha ha aww that's very sweet. See mine is a boy he's the youngest of his class July 22nd, and unless it's science based he's not interested in the slightest. I hate how school isn't for everybody x
I'm from UK aswell
My dog is sat at the window and when you squeaked the toy she turned her head away from the window momentarily and looked really disinterested 😂😂
I like wilko for stationary, not 100% sure but I think some of it is probably cheaper there than poundland xx
I agree somethings that are in poundland you can get cheaper elsewhere home bargains and b&m are good too!
Hazel Eglinton fab tip!
I AGREE 😁😁
i love stationary, so i always had a pencil case but back in year 5 a teaching assistant banned us bc it was “distracting-”
Just subscribed ❤️
Would have been interesting to know the prices for Tesco stuff
My mum hates me when I am in poundland, when I last went in I told her I wanted a quick look around and I came out with £29.00 worth of stuff and most of it was stationary.
If you buy crayola felt tip pens and crayons you wouldn't need keep buying
Yep my dog sulley started searching for the squeaky ball haha
Beckmum4 brilliant!!!!
I would request tiger for good lunch supplies
You mentioned finding plain paper ... tesco 500 sheets for under £3
You have to buy EVERYTHING in Germany too! 💸💸💸
Omg the poundland in my area is so bad yours is so fancy compared to mine
I'm going into year 8
My poundland is a bummer your poundland looks amazing
My daughter writes with her left hand she struggles using right handed scissors I can never find any left handed scissors 🤔 🙁
I don't have a pet so I jumped around and panted and pricked up my ears. All for the sake of your kids. Some one help me...NOW. I haven't lost the plot, I didn't have one to loose lol. Good haul btw xx
Did Erin get her pencil case? Great video as usual 👍
In Ireland we have to buy everything, school books, copybooks, crayons, markers, pens, pencils...the only thing we don't buy is arts and crafts stuff
Chloe Hogan we are so lucky in England!
I'm going year 4 to Xxx
did you know crayola are doing something REALLY cool at the moment. if you have any dried up felt pens, board markers or highlighters etc (doesn't have to be crayola brand), you can send them to them and they'll recycle what parts they can and make new pens! I love that a brand like that is doing something good for the environment! here's more info for all you stationary hoarders: www.crayola.com/colorcycle/frequently-asked-questions.aspx
I have a school supplies list.Of textbooks and workbooks and files and not a single piece of stationary,so you have to get it yourself without a list.
My dogs looking for the toy going to try and find him one probably under the sofa
My dog stared at me and started chewing and squeezing her toy 😂
I in uk tooo
I live in the UK and in yr10 onwards you have to buy a lot more stationary than in yr4
super ninjalino mhm I’m inmhigh school and you don’t need as much as this
Because are school supply’s a lot of our stuff
I am going into year 7
Uh I'm in UK and we have a list
Emma who loves stationery
I just call them plastic sleeves 😂😂
What does SAT mean in the UK? Because in the US you take the SAT to get into college... Is it just a standardized test? We had End of Course Tests when I was in lower schools. (I'm nearly 27 now, things have probably changed since I was in school haha ;;)
My dog lifted her head and tilted from side to side when they squeaked the dog toy
Am abit worried. I’ve got a little boy that’s not yet school age (he’s 2). Am completely clueless on what kids need for school. I don’t even know how to get him a school place. I had NO idea kids needed so much stationary 🤯😮😮😮
We have to buy everything in the United States
💜
My two dogs came running when they heard the squeaky balls.
When you said SATs I was so confused. In America, SATs are a type of college entrance exam you take during your last years of schooling, and are pretty rigorous!
Lily Bateman in the uk you take sats at the end of year 6 which I think is grade 5, what they do is just make sure you know everything and see where you are academically for high school
Lily Bateman ha! No you have a little test in year 2 and then again in year 6 x
brummymummyof2 It must have changed since I was in primary school, only been 4 years x
Lauren Marchbank I did them like that, they were at the change of key stage. I left 4 years ago too.
Still gassed that I got a 6 in my SATs.
Some year two children will be totally unaware that they’ve taken the SAT exams as a lot of teachers like myself, keep it discreet by calling them quizzes, secret agent work, etc. !
I live In the 🇬🇧
Quick question are your kids homeschooled x
I live in the uk and my school has a set stationary list. I haven't even used most of it (like the compass or protractor) 😂
I think they have to buy even the paper in other countries
In New Zealand you have to buy everything for the stationery. When I was a kid you got sent home with a list at the end of the year (because school years start around the end of January, rather then starting in September) but now I think the parents get emailed a list and can buy it online instead of taking their child out and asking how many 1B5 books they needed haha.
I didn't like this style of haul as much as your usual style. I like to see your face, especially when the shopping portion of the video only has your voice.
I am year 7
Using tissue paper to wrap presents LMAO
It is probably to put in gift bags
it's for gift bags. literally everyone in the UK gives presents in cute little bags with tissue paper on top😁😁
@@stellabudgets2617 I'm in the uk and I don't know 1 person to that
@@coadyleigh8819 woah that is so strange😂 we must live in very different parts lol
@@stellabudgets2617 is that meant to be a joke or sommet
Them handwriting pens you could of got for 89p in Wilco
Minnie Rowe it’s only 11p
Sasha Banks could of got a refresher or a wham for that
Just to clarify for any Americans possibly watching... rubbers = erasers.. awkwardness avoided. 😂
I love poundland i live in UK XXxXxxxXxXXXXXXxxXXXXxxXxXXXXXXXXxxXXXXXXXXXXxXXXX
You only need a pencilcase in year 4??hmm interesting
I only needed it when I went y7
I shouldnt have watched this, as a teacher this has fuelled my Stationary obsession even more. Why does a 24yo adult need felt tips?!
