George was cool as was Ringo. Without the 2 of them the Beatles wouldn't have made it. I was inspired to play drums by seeing Ringo with the Beatles on tv. I liked that little dance George would do while playing guitar, kind of a shuffle step.
George paid the price for Fame. Only to find out it wasn't the answer he was looking for. George felt that he wanted to do more but was limited to what he could do and that's creating great music. Did George ever write a book, if so I would like to read it.

And a brief description of how the song came about. If you are a George Harrison fan, I highly recommend it. Great reading and a tremendous reference book.

John was my fave but the more i learn about this band, somehow George the quiet one intrigued me. didn't expect he would be such an interesting person, philosophically. I almost neglect how he looks, but he's such a good looking chap!

There are people who drink and smoke who pass away at 100 years old. There are also people who have never drank or smoked and lived a healthy life who pass away in their 40s. I think he knew he was on this Earth to experience everything he wanted to. That's how we should all live. Everything is a roll of the dice. It would be great to stick around for our loved ones but, in the grand scheme of things, death is inevitable and we're all headed in the same direction. For someone who is a spiritual person, they have a knowing that they will see their loved ones again and leaving the human body isn't the end. There's a continuation.
