Is it worth going for Eclipse as a 4th item if you are really ahead? it gives a ton of ad (70) plus 15 ability haste and the shield scales off your ad so I feel like it would be a nasty item on the croc but cant see it being built before the items you got
I was 294 pounds and lost 60 pounds. When I started out I did pushups and bodyweight squats, and I used 2 dip bars to train my back by pulling myself up from the floor as a back-row. I took advantage of my bodyweight. Not many people can say they can do 100 pushups at 294 pounds. If you're a heavier guy take advantage of body weight. It's also a great way to condition your body to get started at the gym later. I've also done a lot of walking, jumping Jack's, jump rope and burpees for weight loss. I'm 230 pounds now and still continuing my weight loss and fitness journey.
Choosing between hydra and tiamat: I don't think renekton needs hydra for waveclear, so in general is better off with AD and haste for waveclear and trades. And with SRO's focus on wave management, it's even better to avoid hydra.
